The staff at Morton & Rudolph assisted our elderly father in choosing a new band for his old Timex and installed it for him free of charge. The sale was tiny for them but important to our Dad and we really appreciate the time they took and the kindness they showed him. Morton & Rudolph has been my trusted jeweler since I got engaged 12 years ago. The owner Jack is absolutely the best of the best. He is so kind and knowledgeable and he makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. His whole team are wonderful and are there to make sure your jewelry is exactly the way that you dreamed it would be. I got my engagement and wedding rings from Morton & Rudolph, as well as custom made jewelry after I had my kids, and most recently a gorgeous engagement ring upgrade. The diamonds he sources are always of the highest quality and every piece is custom made to fit your diamond. Jack sits with you to help your vision of what you want come to life down to every last detail. You can tell from talking to him that he truly loves what he does and it shows in the quality of the jewelry he produces. My fiancé & I went to look at engagement rings last summer to get an idea of which style I wanted. This was the first place we went…. & the last! Jack is so knowledgeable and helpful & I am OBSESSED with my ring. We get married in July & will definitely be back for our wedding bands!

Cannot thank Jack and his great staff enough for the beautiful custom made necklace just made for our daughter in law. After searching in stores and on- line without success, it was Jack who cared enough to work with his jewelry maker to custom make this beautiful piece from a photo! and…in record time. The necklace is composed of two charms- one of the US and one of Colombia- her birth place- a gift to commemorate her becoming a US citizen. Jack even suggested placing a Diamond chip on the Colombian charm where her home city is. It is stunningly beautiful! When she opened it- she cried and cried and cried- and so did we. It was an incredibly special moment all made possible by a timeless gift. Thank you, Jack , your talented craftsman and Lauren- you are the BEST!!Cyndy and Jim McCormick

I could not have picked a better place to design/purchase an engagement ring. Jack and his staff are so kind and welcoming. I knew the second that my now fiancé and I stepped in the door that this was the place for us. Jack spent numerous hours during 2 separate visits to design a ring specifically to my fiancés wishes. The ring came out better than I could have ever imagined and my fiancé can’t stop staring at it. I will be going back to Morton & Rudolph for any future jewelry needs and I cannot recommend this place enough.
