I would give zero stars if I could. We went with the highest package and our car was still dirty afterwards. There were no dry towels and we had to hunt down window cleaner. The tracks also rolled us backwards into another car. I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews. We will not be back and I do not recommend.

I’m a monthly subscriber and it’s horrible that they NEVER OPEN the second lane and I have to constantly wait in line forever behind people who aren’t
Also most of the vacuums don’t work most of the time
Micro scratches from unclean sponges/bristles
I’ll probably stick to the other location

The unlimited car washes for a monthly payment is really cool. Plus the staff is always very helpful and friendly

Stopped by after not washing my car since before I moved to Philadelphia in August. My car was clean, the staff was awesome and I was satisfied!

Never again. At the end of the was my car starts bouncing around and I get thrown off the track. Get two blocks away and I have a flat. Valvestem to my tire is severed. Ended up costing me $250 to replace the valvestem. I speak to management about it and they tell me to go through the wash and of course my car doesn't bounce around. He then states that it wasn't from the equipment. Fast forward a couple months later- it happens again. A second flat tire coming out of this place. Again, my valvestem is damaged. Another $250. I cancelled my membership, spoke with a manager, they took my info down and said that I would be contacted, I have heard nothing. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE

I would rate it 3 stars because they offer the free vacuums with a wash, but because of the price I can’t bring myself to do it.. I don’t have exact dates but when this place opened the prices were decent/average then during or sometime after COVID not sure of dates or when they actually opened but the prices went sky high from about $19-20 for the high end wash to almost $25 smh really I don’t think anyone wants to pay $25 for a wash, especially this place, then prices went down I guess they lost customers, and now they are up again $25 for the good wash, yes I know inflation blah blah ok add $2 or 2.50 but instead straight for the juggler with $25 smh.. they want to charge big boy prices for a mid-level wash.. it’s maybe 50-55 feet long and No buff and shine dry machines at the end. So you want $25 and there isn’t even a buff at the end.. the wash was always mediocre I come in cause it’s on my way home convenient.. but hell No not paying $25 nope, so what can you do we’ll pay $17 for the half @$$ wash I could never understand the car wash industry, you literally saying your going to offer a half @$$ wash if we pay less… Jesus I gotta get into this business smh like offer 1 price for a quality wash… those who go for the half job now pays $2 more but Not a high vip price something like that and those who pay the $25 now pays $2 less because now every customer is participating and putting money in the pot… you get more customers and probably net somewhere around the same and everyone leaves with a quality wash… cause now you get that $2 plus from everyone and the reputation of the only car wash that dosent offer a half @$$ job use that as your marketing ploy, why because we care that you get a quality wash … come on think outside the masses… then you give an air freshener that smell awful like yes thanks but No thanks just keep it and save me $1.50 on my wash.. and finally the wash well guys sub par, very, very sub, for lack of a better word again this is my own opinion light on the water the soap and the air dry and 2 spin brushes remain off I guess since I didn’t pay the deluxe price, been here about 6 times since they opened due to convenience but my car always comes out sub sub, again I’m trying to refrain from totally injecting my thoughts to there customers.. do your thing guys good luck with your car wash but I think it S**%$, yeah for $17 you get no wheel wash and no armor all, and I pre sprayed my rims with cleaner before rolling in and still nothing to write home about, had to go to another place to get a better rinse and paid again yup because I was cheap I needed 2 car washes, but had I gone to that other place once I would have been ok, now I know .. amazing to me that this place has 4.9 stars with 2k reviews wow that’s sus, but I’m not surprised consumers in general seem to not notice much.. they probably just like that it was a new location, again not trying to get sued place is convinient for me and has the free vacuums idk , but I’m NOT paying $25 for water and no buff maybe we can pay that in 2 years like (June 2026) when that inflation has completely settled in, we are still struggling out here.. I see your a big company with many locations maybe some big spots but this spot in Cherry hill is NOT a big boy spot… the big places tried it too and they are all now below $22 how are you $25.. stop charging big boy prices, no I’m not broke I own 3 late model cars, and a couple properties, and yeah well maybe that’s why I can’t afford $25 .. .$21. Plus tax guys … you have no buff and no lava wash so there $21 is reasonable add the tax after if you must and this should be for the VIP wash, and keep your air freshener if that helps, or even $21.50 I understand inflation but $25 yeah ok ? good luck..! Why I’m I so harsh well I just got a half @$$d wash smh??♂️

I used my debit card to get a car wash. They said for $20 you get 1 mo. Free! I said do you continue to withdrawal $20 every month? I was told NO twice. They lie! This car wash has taken liberties of my account without my permission! This place sucks as a car wash, the entire hood of my car didn't even get touched by the machine! DON'T USE MOD WASH ON RTE 38 CHERRY HILL!

Best car was in the area! The machines do a great job at cleaning and they have free vacuums and rags to finish the job.

Originally had 5 stars, but need to update this, for now...
The place is usually quick and clear, however for the last 2+ weeks or so the high pressure water jets haven't been working, so the car is getting soap, but not being rinsed after so the car is covered in spots once it dries.

Great place for a quick wash, the complementary vacuums work great too. Staff is super helpful and kind. Tay is super helpful and helped me ensure my car was cleaned well.
Update: Everyone who works there is super nice. Had an instance where someone slammed on their brakes in the car wash and the automatic wash kept going and I almost rear ended them in neutral; I had to brake, then wait for them to drive forward and do the same. It seemed like the attendants didn’t realize, because everything kept going forward. Decided to cancel my membership and go to manual car washes because that was scary.
