For years, I have been a die-hard Lululemon fan, and I typically purchased a lot of my clothing from the Marlton location, simply because I live so close to it. However, today, I was already at the mall and just stopped in to inquire about a return, and not only did the store handle the return for me, I left feeling like I got leggings that really worked for me. Amy and the rest of the staff were so incredibly helpful and honest, which is really difficult to find. I genuinely could not be more grateful for the customer service at the Cherry Hill store, and I look forward to returning soon. I think many people do not understand that at Lululemon, you are getting high-quality products and service, but it comes with a price. I've never thought about switching athletic wear brands and today's experience just affirms that Lululemon is the best.

The manager is super rude and condescending. Has an attitude like a teenager instead of a professional adult. I know several people who had similar experiences here.

I purchased roughly $450 worth of lululemon on Black Friday. I ended up receiving sizes that I could never fit into. I went to this store to do an even exchange, all I wanted was smaller sizes. They directed me to this small rack and said if I purchased any Black Friday is would be over there and they couldn’t exchange the items for me. So I looked and it’s all stuff that looked like clearance items. The items I purchased are newer items for the store. They informed me that I was unable to do an exchange and they can only give me store credit.. I was very upset over this because I saved $150 purchasing on Black Friday. After I left I read on their website that I was able to do an even exchange so I reached out to customer service and was informed that the store did not help me and they apologized. I spoke to 5 of their coworkers because I have worked in retail and that has never been a problem for me to do an even exchange. When I reached out to customer service they gave me $30 gift card. I mean the $30 helps but I wanted to reorder the same items and save the $150. Now I can’t even order the items I originally bought because I’ll have to pay more money which is not far. I feel like they just didnt want to help me and I was so nice to everyone. I didn’t want to bother anyone and I rarely shop at this store. The workers were nice and the manager I just don’t understand why I couldn’t exchange my items. Once I use this store card I’ll never shop here again. I honestly don’t get the hype.

I have an older pair of leggings that I love, but didn't know the style, etc. The staff working was extremely friendly, helpful and so kind as they guided me through the process and helped me with finding styles and sizes the were comfortable for my body. I hate shopping for clothes, but I loved every second of this process!

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday with both toilets backed up, leaking at the seals and unusable. 24 hours drain provided excellent service from the first phone call. Because our problem was urgent, we were prioritized and within three hours, our plumber Mike was at the house diagnosing and managing the problem. Mike was able to purchase and install new toilets for us as well as clear our backup, and wrap up the work within five hours. He was so communicative with me during the process, and gave me what I felt was honest and straightforward advice. While this was a costly repair, when I do the math on all the work that was done on an emergency basis, I feel I got excellent service for the money. I would recommend 24 hours drain and Mike especially during an emergency.

Such a great store with wonderful employees. They’re super helpful and educator (last 4) 4347 (bummed I didn’t get her name) remembered me from previous visits and quickly solved an issue I had.

Came here for the first time to get leggings for my daughter and myself. The saleswomen were very helpful. I absolutely love my new aligns! Will definitely be back.
