Preface: I'd rather fall in to a canyon and have to cut my arm off to free myself than deal with the protracted car buying process.But you know what? Adam here at Land Rover Cherry Hill made the entire buying process easy and seamless from start to finish. After months of looking, I found the exact spec of SUV I was looking for here in Cherry Hill. Adam made the entire process easy from start to finish. I am absolutely a customer for life of this dealership now.

I had been getting my car serviced there for about 5 years. It was OK until covid. After covid it was really hard getting an appointment and or loaner car. I started going to Princeton. I took the car in for service in March of this year and again drama with a loaner. Something about progressive car insurance so they have to put me in an enterprise rental. The universe works in mysterious ways. I was on the market for a new car and had they put me in one of theirs I probably would have purchased one however the loaner they put me in was an Audi. I fell in love with it! Once I returned the loaner I went ahead and purchased a 2023 Audi Q5. Thanks LR of cherry hill for helping me make this decision!

Great experience! I traveled from NY to look at a land rover and trade in my suv. Cherry Hill Land Rover gave me a great deal on the trade and worked with me throughout the process. Jean Hall was absolutely terrific to work with. SO helpful and absolutely no pressure to buy. I had to drive a few hours to get there, when I purchase my next Land Rover, I will go to the Cherry Hill location. I highly recommend this dealer.

First, I want to start out by saying that I never thought after 28 years with BMW that I would ever leave, but I did. Five years ago, I was curious about a Range Rover, so I sought one in Cherry Hill. While on the lot, a gentleman named AK approached me and asked if I needed any help. So I told him my situation with my BMW and how unsatisfied I was . He said well we can get you out of it."" How much do you owe. I told told him he ran the numbers, and they weren't in my best interest at that time. He said, "Here's my card, and when you're ready, come back, I'll be here." Fast word 6 years later, I came back but forgot I had spoken to AK and was approached by a woman. It was very nice and gave me some valuable information about leasing. I was coming to the end of my lease and still was undecided. When I went back to BMW and asked about purchasing the vehicle, the numbers just didn't make since to buy a 3 years-old car for the crazy amount of interest, along with a down payment on a vehicle that I am already leasing. At that point, I had made up my mind and decided to leave BMW because my loyalty clearly didn't mean anything, so why should I say. I loved my client advisor, but I needed to change, and I did. I called AK and made an appointment to build me a vehicle. We sat down, and he patiently went through every step of my build, and in the end, I was a new owner of a Landrover Defender. I probably was in and out in an hour. AK is an awesome, patient caring, soft-spoken man with a big heart. He made my buying experience an amazing one, and Dan, the finance manager, did just as an awesome job taking time to discuss all my other options with no pressure added. I think I found a new dealership and am looking forward to my future car buying experience with Jaguar Landrover Cherry Hill. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, and I couldn't have chosen a better family to be a part of..

Let me preface this by stating I find the car buying process very daunting, stressful and is my least favorite aspect of "Adulting". I had no intention of buying a car; just curious & just "looking" but in a matter of hours . . .Adam was a great sales associate. Most importantly he did not hesitate to approach & assist me. Adam answered all of my questions, had a great deal of product knowledge, was informative, and very resourceful and provided updated information. He assessed my needs, made suggestions & recommendations which ultimately allowed me to move forward with my purchase with confidence!I am very pleased with my new Land Rover Discovery - it rides promised and Adam is still available to answer questions post purchase and I really appreciate that.

I don't write reviews often but this was one that was necessary..Everyone hates dealing with buying vehicles bc of the communication and interaction with sales. I've bought many cars through the years and I have to admit, this was by far the best service. My Sales Advisor- AK Kazan hands down sets the standard of the absolute best!! My previous deal was with another dealer in my state of California that was in the works for about a month. Was promised the car would arrive and it never did on 2 separate weekends but never happened. I had to cancel flights and hotel on these occasion to pick up vehicle. I got frustrated with them so I reached out to Cherry Hill who had another car similar, equipped with more options..it was exactly the way we would've built it. The bad thing was that it was across the states in NJ being that I am in California . Trust me, I contemplated over and over if it was all worth it with the shipping and all that. My Salesman AK Kazan made it super easy for me to decide bc he was so attentive and very informative. He sent me all the videos I asked for and then some. He would answer my many questions. He paid attention to every detail! He made my purchase by far the easiest and best buying experience exceeding all expectations. I can't express enough thanks to AK for making everything so easy. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable during this whole process. I'd like to honestly say he has a forever customer in me even being across the united states. Thank you AK! You are simply the BEST!!

Been dealing with Jaguar since 2001 and never had a problem with them until Range Rover took over. Horrible, I have a 2012 XJL portfolio just turn 47,000 miles all of my services has been done by them, so they know about my car and the shape that it's in. I had an extended warranty on this car that cost $3,700 from Jaguar that didn't expire until August of 2018. Range Rover never honored the warranty! So I purchased another warranty with Carshield. Later after having this warranty I had an problem with the stabilizer bar links and the control arm which came to a total of $1807.11. After showing them that I had an extended warranty with Carshield who was going to pay for the parts and labor, Range Rover- Jaguar from CherryHill told them that the problem was a pre-existing! long story short they never honored neither contract and the service that they just did I was tremendous overcharged on their services when I was told that I needed an vacuum pump. I backtracked with my insurance company Endurance who has an standard guidelines on what should be paid out on parts and labor. Totally different for the same parts! I don't recommend buying anything from this company. Jaguar services hasn't been the same since these folk have taken over! They give JAGUAR a bad name!Howard Smith!!

Excellent service. Unfortunately I had my car towed for a blowout. Thats same day Cherryhill Landrover submitted my claim thru the tire n wheel warranty and had me back on the road within hours (3). Very professional, even tho I never met Jon (service advisor) I felt like this was my home dealership.
