I recently bought a Range Rover Velar. After years of owning Mercedes and being treated like garbage, I now know how you’re supposed to be treated when you own a luxury vehicle and need after sale care. Today I had an appointment for service. The dealership was nice and my service adviser Melvin Santana was amazing. I went over my concerns and he discussed how best to proceed. I received a video from the technician when something was found wrong with my car. An actual video! I then got proposals sent to me for me to approve. Everything was transparent and upfront. The fact that they send you a video to show you what’s wrong blew me away.
I also got a loaner car. The loaner car was actually clean and smelled nice. Every time I got a loaner from Mercedes it was filthy, smelled and one time had expired tags and a damage tire. One thing to know is that if you personally have progressive insurance they will have to arrange a loaner through Enterprise; any other insurance they will give you a Range Rover or a Jaguar. It’s not the dealership’s fault, it’s how progressive writes their policies.
I am so happy that I finally found a dealership that is upfront, honest and offers great customer service. I highly recommend Land Rover Cherry Hill for service. One day in the distant future I hope to experience the sales side.

The charge arm and a leg literally for any service. Service is not good either. It's not worth to buy range rover because of service charges

They are crooks , charge you ridiculous prices for a piece junk vehicle, save your money and headaches and go with another brand, land Rover brand is no good!!!

Land Rover Cherry Hill NJ are the best!! The entire team has white gloves service. They are patient, informative, and friendly. Jean in sales is A++ - if you are planning on buying a new car- run to LRCH- you will not be disappointed 5 stars!!

Loving my new Range Rover Velar. Loved my 1st one so much, and never having any mechanical issues, i decided when it came time for a new car - why not get what I know and love. Working with salesman Adam Butler and the entire staff made the process quick and seamless. It’s nice to know we have a dealership and a salesman we can rely on for our future needs! Thank you!

The worst Range Rover dealership in New Jersey. They’re all nice until you buy the car once you buy the car when you need them they will never call you back. The service is absolutely horrible. Save your money drive somewhere else and buy car from there. Don’t buy your car from this location, horrible customer service

I had an excellent experience with Land Rover Cherry Hill from start to finish. The entire process, from test drive to delivery and even after-sales service, was smooth and professional.
My salesperson was exceptional, offering great personalized service and responding promptly to all my inquiries. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, which made choosing the right vehicle much easier.
The test drive was informative and allowed me to get a real feel for the car. When it came time for delivery, everything was handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
What impressed me most was that their high level of service continued even after I drove off the lot. The follow-up care has been outstanding.
If you're in the market for a Land Rover, I highly recommend visiting the Cherry Hill dealership. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident at every step of the process.

The best experience from any LR dealership I’ve been to so far all because of Adam Butler. There’s a reason why his name gets mentioned so often on these reviews. He is welcoming, attentive and responds to texts like he’s your good buddy. He addressed all concerns straight away with service and did multiple test drives. Ted in finance also was awesome. Will be back for another RR in the future.

I have never experience first class customer service until I came in contact with The Land Rover dealership in Cherry Hill. My wife and I was looking for a Discovery Sport with seven seats and we called Cherry Hill. When I mean from the first call it was professionalism. From the introduction to scheduling a test drive. There is a big difference between a sales rep and a Sales Guide! When I tell you about value I tell you about a great man. Mr. Adam j Butler was nothing short of amazing. I never experienced nothing like it. The communication was top notch. The caring that me and my wife make it safe in traffic astounding. And he is a man of his word. He got me the price much lower than I requested. Unreal! His honesty was important. He was so educated on the product. But not just Adam they had this magical dog that met me and wife when we pulled up! The experience was unreal. And the reception was so warm and offering beverages as we wait. It was unbelievable. And I am not giving fluff! This was my experience. They made it so easy. I will shop no where else but there to get my vehicles. I am looking to get the Defender next!! Even the other Sales personnel and management staff it was perfection. Given stars is not enough I will be the spokesman for this location and will get them continued business. GREAT JOB!

I never expect to have a good experience when buying a car but was pleasantly surprised. Thiago was really good and knowledgeable. We were able to come to an agreement on the price and in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. (Would have been quicker but there is a current cyber attack going on) would definitely recommend

I was on my way to work and noticed something wrong with my car. I was 3 miles from Land Rover in Cherry Hill so I took a chance and stopped by. Melvin Santana explained how long it would take to diagnose and fix my 2018 Range Rover Velar. In less than 45 mins, I was in a loaner and on my way to work. Great service and great experience. I won’t go anywhere else for car service. Melvin was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a great customer experience.
