Worse experience ever was waiting for the guy to bring me sneakers for 15 minutes and he clocked out for break and was helping his girlfriend pick out shoes. Also had a 50% off rack and got to the counter and they wasnt even 50% off. People were very rude there talking about if i aint like the service we could of went somewhere else.

Thanks a lot Marco for not letting the evening shift know that I was coming all the way from NYC to pick up an order I requested to be put on hold for me and thank you Cherry Hill 2 location for closing your registers down and locking up 15 minutes early and not being thoughtful enough to even look for the two items that Marco claimed to have left for me. This location sucks!

Horrible covid procedures in place at this location. I won a raffle and had a two hour window to pick up the shoe on a Saturday morning ! What ?! Then I get to the location and the line was about 50-75 people deep. In the mall out front !! Waited in this line for about 45 minutes and before you know it it was past the cutoff time to pick up the pair. Irresponsible of this location and ridiculous to not have a social distancing protocol in place and even more ridiculous to not have enough staff allocated for release day when you know this is the only time people come to the store. YOU HAD ONE JOB SNIPES.

They do not always have the newest sneakers or ones that just dropped but the staff are really friendly and helpful! You can also catch good sales!

I called to put a hold on Jordans sneakers, when I arrived they hold wrong size. Then when I ask for correct size they bring out the floor display. After taking a close look the colors of the floor display was lighter than the one in the box and it had a scratch. They try to say they had put it out the day before and that the scratch wasn't noticeable. I disagreed and asked them to call a different store to find the sneakers. They did but with an attitude.
