If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! I purchased a 10K herringbone chain for my boyfriend in July and spent over $600 with them. Since purchasing this chain it has broken in 4 DIFFERENT places in the span of 4 months! The customer service is poor, I could not get a hold of a manager over the phone. I had to physically go to the counter just to finally speak with a manager, and he argued with me the entire time. Offered no solution and made it seem like he was doing me a favor by fixing the chain when it comes with a 1 year warranty. I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality of my $600 purchase, will never buy any jewelry with them again! Beware!!!

Went to get Ring Cleaned, buffed and stone replaced. Told me $75 and ring would look new.Lied !! Replace stone didn’t clean or buff properly looked old and dingy. Didn’t seem to give a damn when asked why does ring look worse than before?Don’t believe anything they say!!Bad business

They have premium selections! The best thing is that they give free warranty for two years. I broke the necklace I bought from them and they fixed it for free!
