I found some really great gifts that were on a tremendous sale but when I got to the checkout everything rang up not at the marked down price. When a manager came over he fixed everything (I hope). Just keep in mind what the shelf signs say or you may be over charged.

Going in, of course it’s a wonderland of fun items, but I ordered curbside pickup, waited for nearly thirty minutes before having to call to see what was going on. First of all, the phone rang and rang, and then when I was connected, I was immediately put on hold. No answer, no “hold please”, just dumped into hold music. When they finally DID answer, I was told that they would not bring my items to my car while it was parked legally. Instead, they told me that I had to pull up right out front in the fire lane and park illegally. I asked why nobody called or notified me, and was told that they didn’t know how to answer that question. When my items were brought out, although aggravated, I thanked the employee for bringing it, and he didn’t even acknowledge me. He turned and just walked back inside.So, in summation, this place has wretched customer service, and I’m super disappointed. Michaels and Hobby Lobby will be my new go-to places for crafting.

Went to walk in an look for something about 5-10 minutes before the store closed. I was not walking in like right at close. There were people in the parking lot and in line still. I work in retail myself so I explained I was looking for something really specific really quick so it was clear I wasn't going to be there long. They responded by literally yelling at me that they were closing and made me so uncomfortable that I left without even looking for what I came in for. It was so unsettling that I don't know that I'll ever be back.

It took an hour and a half to get the fabric that I needed and they didn’t have the amount or the white version but grace was super helpful in finding the fabric and went above and beyond helping me! She was wonderful :)Def should to work more in fabric!

The lady at the counter was very nice but the line was super longer and even though she kept asking for help to come up and help out to her credit no one did the service is for sure not getting better .and the stock was low

Great local craft store. Employees are kind and earnestly helpful. Lots of bolt fabric, padding, many supplies for paint and pencil artists, bead makers and home crafts. Got a party? Stop here and you'll find plenty to make craft projects with. They also have the latest craft machines and their supplies.

Very expensive. If I could offer any advice I would say to ensure the flowers are placed in the correct locations. Getting up to the register and finding the prices of flowers are severely incorrect is a total downer. Customer service is good as they are concerned when prices are quoted by consumers, but comes up differently in price. However, instead of giving the item to you for the price seen. Store personnel makes sure prices are straightened out for the next unassuming consumer.

Went to Joann Fabrics in Cherry Hill on Satutday 2/12/2022 and I was very satisfied with what I bought, customer service except for checkout person. The store is huge and have a much larger selection of the fabrics I was looking for. They have plenty of everything. I was looking for African prints fabrics to sew dashikis and dresses for my daughters and granddaughters. I love the Joann Fabrics stores!!! Go there and happy shopping!
