“My partner and I Luis went to Kay Jewelers in Cherry Hill Mall NJ about a week ago wanting to shop around for potential engagement rings and learn more about the process. We met Dina Difelice and she was nothing short of amazing! She welcomed us with opened arms, sat us down and showed us everything we wanted to see and more. Dina took her time to explain everything to us from the variety of clarities, colors, carats, and cut. We knew what we had an idea of what we were looking for and she showed us rings she thought we’d like. Still undecided she then invited us to the Diamond and Design event. There is where we fell in love with a few different rings but we found exactly what we were looking for. Dina’s kind and warming approach to such a special occasion is exactly what we needed! Truly our first impression of Dina was what led us to look no further than Kay. I highly recommend the Cherry Hill location and that you stop by to see Dina!”

My first interaction was through the phone and her positive attitude was admirable. When I went into the store she was so charming and kind. She helped switch out my watch that was missing crystals to a brand new watch. She went out of her way to make sure my watch was the perfect fit by adjusting my links and making sure I was satisfied. “For Mother's Day I got a necklace. I have wanted this necklace for about a year now. I was so excited when my husband took it home but I soon found out it was to small. We went to the Cherry Hill Mall today specifically to buy an extender. Unfortunately, we soon found out they don't sell extenders for this necklace. I had to instead return it :( with the refund I did pick out charms for my bracelet. 285.00 worth. The woman Leioni was such a pleasure. She was helpful and friendly, kind, and patient. I asked if I could get my bracelets cleaned. And a nice gentleman did come over and he took my information. This bracelet is really hard to take off so my husband took it off like he usually does and we hand it over. The gentleman took it into the back and cleaned it and he came back with it in a bag. And I took it out to put it on and right away I saw Leioni notice the same thing I did that this bracelet was no longer closing and clicking. It was to the point this bracelet would of fell right off and I would of lost charms and bracelet. She calls the gentleman over and he sees the same thing. He pulled another bracelet out and at first he did say it would be 75.00 and I explained how my bracelet was fine before I arrived. I wasn't even coming in for charms that I only got these charms because they didn't sell any extenders. He gave me the brand new bracelet at no charge. Pandora stands by their word and their jewelry and they will have a forever customer with me. Leioni you rock!! I'll be back due to the amazing customer service you provided.”
