Tax representative Lynn has The most unpleasant, I don't care attitude I've ever seen at h&r block since I've been coming for the past 20+years. Avoid this location and go to an office who will listen to your questions and concerns because she will not. She won't give you the paperwork to look over and flat out tell you no when it's your information. It's a hame andive never been through this with this company ever until now

My tax pro in general was pleasant however I think she wasn't as knowledgeable as I would have liked...she had to go to another cpa to ask a question about something on my return. I also called a couple hours after my appointment to ask a question regarding an email I received stating my PA state refund was accepted...however I don't live in PA or work there so I was concerned something was done incorrectly. When I called Michael answered and was very rude when I expressed my concern and reason for calling. Seemed rushed and annoyed that I had called. Sorry I don't want to mess around with the IRS. Go to an independent cpa not a big box company.

My preparer did not instill any confidence in me. He was extremely slow with keyboard skills. He looked at my forms( W2, 1099, etc.) liked he had not seen one before. He gave me my results without asking me about IRA contributions or estimated payments I had already sent in. I have another appointment at the same office with someone else to go over some other items that I think were not filed correctly related to my HSA and IRA. I was there for 4 hours having taxes prepared for 2020 and 2021.
