We dropped off taxes at the H&R Block Cherry Hill, NJ office for a relative last year because her return was more complicated than the internet based applications could process. They accepted the challenge and did an incredible job wading through this complex situation and delivered surprising results very quickly. We were so impressed that we proposed a serious challenge this year to this H&R Block office -- five sets of returns with two being very complex returns -- with only 5 days before the April 15 deadline. The Cherry Hill, NJ office again surpassed our expectations and delivered returns for all five before the midnight deadline. Save yourself time and frustration by asking H&R Block tax professionals to file your returns. The H&R Block Cherry Hill office earned an appreciative and loyal customer. We plan to visit earlier next year.

I have been PAYING HR block to do my taxes since 2019-2023. Today is my last day I would be doing business. Simply because I am unable to place a complaint or speak with a live person over the phone. Automation tells me I am using thier "FREE" product and must upgrade to speak with someone. I have been paying a "professional" since 2019. I've been to the Cherry Hill location and my tax professional has been great. When I called simply to find out more info, as my wife updated our bank account info with the HR BLOCK Sup at Cherry hill and was requesting a call back from the SUPERVISOR because we are being sent a check vs direct deposit. JOAN PURNELL declined me to speak with a sup and declined a sup calling me back. I cannot formally place a complaint on thier website becuase it States I'm using thier "FREE" service. I have spend thousands of dollars with them and would be the last thing I would expect. Today they lost a customer!I would gladly pay more for someone else to do my taxes with the poor customer service I recieved today from JOAN PURNELL, she should not be working with people. The fact I cannot speak with anyone to voice my complain is about an employee after paying for years is crazy to me.

Our tax consultant was Levi Peters, Jr. and so accommodating, efficient and thorough. He is now our guy at Cherry Hill, NJ of H&R Block. He made the process so easy.
