Really enjoyed a birthday party here. Loved the fact they had a play area in the back, which my daughter gravitated to for most of the time. Nice, clean, and overall great time!

Hands down the staff at Hot Wheelz Cherry Hill were amazing! Our party host Iliana Perez was so kind, attentive, and made all our guests feel welcome. The GM, April Pippin was a pleasure to work with. Answered all my questions, called to check in, and was there supporting her staff the day of the party. Roller skating is a classic pastime and it’s amazing that the next generations are able to have these memories the way we did back in the 80’s and 90’s. So thankful this place is still open and offering good family pass time. Could NOT have been more satisfied with selecting Hot Wheelz for my son’s 7th birthday party. Thank you to the team at Hot Wheelz and I 100% recommend this location!!!

I had my daughter’s 5th birthday here to celebrate! The party package was a great price for 8 to 10 children . The Food, drinks and the staff was amazing very helpful kind and super nice while being supportive to the kids from the skating ring to the serving and hosting! Would do it over again for sure definitely recommend this place for a great time and definitely a birthday party for your children 10/10. ???

Hi i wanted to let you know that, on behalf of management, the party that was set up for my sister was absolutely and completely, UNACCEPTABLY disorganized. Our hostess was NOT to blame. We were told that your establishment was only functioning with one oven, and for that very reason, we didn’t receive our food for 2 hours. On top of the fact that your establishment failed to provide a check in employee to give our party our wristbands for our rentals. We went without direction, forced to ask where we were even seated. And finally, my sister didn’t get her ticket machine turn until after her party was over. It was embarrassing to not only have my sisters party ruined but I also was so overwhelmed with having to the job aside my mother, who’s paid $350 without capturing a single photo or memory. I am embarrassed and I feel as though she’s entitled to my full tell refund for this party. When we tried to bring these concerns to the manager, April, she was very rude and dismissive.

A few moments ago I spoke with April who refused to provide her last name and her immediate supervisor information. While trying to explain the disorganization at my daughters 8th birthday party this past Sunday not o my did April interrupt me numerous times but she was very rude and condescending. I was told I would receive a return call yesterday evening to which I did not get yet I had to call her today at 3pm with excuses how she was overwhelmed and busy at last night skating session and my information was just sitting o her desk. My daughters party was unorganized chaotic and get this everyone was served food in a timely manner not only did I have ti host my daughters party I had to chase staff and mangement to be served food that was included and ordered for my guests to not only eat 45minutes to an hour before the party ended.
I asked April no last name I mean she refused her last name for a refund to which she stated they don’t give refunds. I then asked what could she do to rectify the situation she offered things that were already paid for that was included in the party . Oh yeah I was also told that she would review the tapes so they could better provide future parties a better experience and use this my daughters catastrophic party for training purposes. I will be calling the BBB and other resources to make this right especially since April was very rude ans hung up on me.

Went to a birthday party. Even though it was extremely crowded the staff was available and had everything under control. A rocking good time was had by ALL ages. For adults who want to skate be extremely good at it because little kids will be falling out everywhere!

My husband and I have attempted to skate here twice. Attempted is the key word. We have had really weird experiences both times. Each time we came, no one was at the front to help us pay for admission. The first time it happened, we chalked it up to the fact that it was really busy, so we decided to go do something else and come back another time. The second time we came, there was no one at the front at the usual spot. We decided to go in and walk around to find a staff member to help us since it wasn’t as busy as the last time. We didn’t really see anyone around, so we ended up in the back in the skate rental area. By the time someone finally came up, they helped someone who was waiting behind us. It was as if we weren’t there. Invisible. We were really confused because it wasn’t as if we were wearing any offensive clothing or saying or doing anything offensive. It was so odd. We ended up leaving without skating and we felt as if we did something wrong. I’m giving two stars because it’s modern and clean on the inside. However, I don’t think I will be wasting my time or gas on coming here again. We will probably take the longer drive to Sk8 47 next time.

My 1-star review is for Hot Wheelz price-gouging their customers. This place is an awesome place to skate, clean, and fun. However, their prices are insulting. It cost us $52 to take our 2 girls skating at 1pm on a Saturday in the Summer. This price includes a $6/rolling Walker fee and a $3 per non-skating parent fee. Kids wouldn’t come without the rolling walker…make it free, Hot Wheelz. Kids wouldn’t come without their parents…make them free, Hot Wheelz. Your pricing is keeping many people away. Lower your insulting prices, and your profits will grow. Otherwise, expect more pissed-off customers bad-mouthing your place.

I had my daughter’s party here and honestly wasn’t worth all of the money I put out. I paid for a private party and the jungle gym was blocked off after paying that much the jungle gym wasn’t included! While the year previously a close family member had the exact party and the jungle gym was included. On top of the fact that I felt like I couldn’t enjoy the party because I felt like I was being pulled in every direction by staff. Save your money just another company trying to capitalize on the fact that cost of everything went up so let’s make this an add on for an additional price. Over rated and wish I would have had the party somewhere else. Also to add my host was late to the party!

Hot Wheelz is a good time. The food is enjoyable and they have nice staff. This is a place that has different activities for kids in case they do not want to skate such as a arcade games and an indoor playground. Make sure to bring quarters for the lockers or dollars so you can get change for the lockers. The only thing is, I just wish that they didn't allow people to skate so fast with small children on the rink. Otherwise, I really like Hot Wheelz.
