I had one item in my hand, two little kids with me, and was stuck behind someone with a cart full of items, all being individually wrapped in paper by the cashier. There was no express lane available, and the person managing the registers didn’t navigate the customer flow well. Despite having ample registers, the store’s process for handling lines and customers was inefficient. After waiting too long, I put my item on a nearby shelf and left empty-handed. I expected better organization and shorter wait time, especially during what did not appear to be a busy time of the day.

Always a pleasure to shop here. Has a grandma's house vibe, but you can find some pretty sick stuff like gundams and car models.
