Today, I went shopping like always. I made a line for almost 30 minutes. When I went to the register, I approached to pay, and the cashier, an African American woman with a white binie, yelled at me and my son that she didn’t say next. I really felt so embarrassed in front of everyone at the store, and I returned to the line. The lady left me over there, waiting 10 more minutes until one of the other cashiers helped me (a very sweet lady). I will never go back to this store in my life. I can understand that maybe they are overwhelmed, but if you don’t like your job, try to find something that makes you happy.

This location is closed to renovation abs is not opening back up until March! I called the customer service number and they told me it was open. I was pretty annoyed.

Omg, the cashier/register was the worst, uneducated employee I’ve ever met.She needs some help with more professional training from you store manager.It was a Thursday late afternoon. Not busy at all. I was ready to check out and no one in front of me in the line. 2 registers were open. I asked if anyone can check me out now? The one who is closer heard me but not looked at me and mumbled something I could not hear at all. Then she said it louder enough I heard “I can check out here.” And looking down inside the register instead Of looking at the customer.I said I didn’t hear. Then she said now you hear.It’s not my job to educate her how to communicate with the customer. Store manager please see the attached for your employee.BTW, the H&M’s employees in downtown Philly are very good and professional.

Worst store ever been in. Customer service is horrible. The cashier was rude and disrespectful. The cashiers were slow and unprofessional acting and looking. We picked up items the store had sign 70% off item on top sale price. We get up to counter cashier said wasn’t on sale and had attitude with us. Just overall bad experience here and I will never go into this store again. I wonder were do they get there employees.

i returned something i bought on a gift card and they returned the money to the gift card without asking me. i had thrown it out since it was empty, so i have no way of accessing my money. i brought this up with the cashier and manager, and the manager told me there’s nothing they could do and it’s essentially my fault. rude and unhelpful
