For starters, it took me almost an hour to get my vehicle. I got a car smaller than what I paid for and the employee tried to convince me it was the same. I had to take it because I had to get where I was going. Also, you can leave your car but at the grocery store parking lot next door. The parking is terribly disorganized.

Been renting with them for a whole year now & never had a bad experience. People who write the bad reviews are usually just old bitter people who don’t get their way and don’t understand that the employees are people who are just doing their job.

I am really writing this review as a shout out to Cindy for excellent customer service!! I returned a rental vehicle but left a valuable parking pass hanging from the rear view mirror. Cindy searched far and wide, and went above and beyond, to make sure that parking pass was returned to me. Well done, Cindy!! ?
