Love Heart + Paw. We lived closer to the Marlton one, but cherry hill was able to put me in for an emergency visit within 15 mins of calling. I love how tech advanced this firm is.

I called several day cares as I had some last-minute needs for dog daycare. I’m on a temporary assignment in NJ and Heart And Paws were the only ones that actually picked up the phone and were extremely friendly and accommodating. The process to register was so easy, and they bent over backwards to accommodate me and my furry family. My dogs had a great experience at the daycare and the staff was so attentive and loving. All in all my experience was extremely positive, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Although the staff are well intended, I did not have a good experience at here. After an ear cleaning that exacerbated an underlying ear infection and left my cat completely deaf and unable to balance while walking, jumping, etc., I will not be returning. It is very expensive and I don't mind paying a premium for good service, but I wouldn't consider the cost worth the outcome we received. We were not properly informed of the potential risks that could be associated with an ear cleaning when the practice knew that an ear infection already existed.When I asked for a partial refund for services that were not rendered (e.g. stool sample that we no longer needed after going to a speciality neurologist to determine the cause of the issue), the best that could be done was to give a credit to my account instead of refunding my original payment. We were put through an incredibly stressful 2 vet visits only for the vet to be unable to visualize what another speciality vet was able to visualize within minutes on my cat (one ruptured ear drum and another severely damaged one-previously damaged likely from being a stray).

Our first visit at Heart and Paw and were treated like regular customers. Our cat was well cared for and Dr Justin comes across warm and compassionate toward our cat.

Chelsea is awesome and always does a wonderful job, accommodating specific grooming requests and grooming my dog with patience and care. Highly recommended!???

My dog actually gets excited for the vet!! They treat her like the queen that she is! When Ellie goes into the back without me, I hear the excitement of the staff to see her from the waiting room, they will send me pictures to show that she is being a good girl, and if there is a problem with her, they follow up often to make sure she is doing well!

I’m so glad I took my cats here! Everyone was so nice and took the time to answer all of my questions, even when I forgot and was like “oh wait!”! I’d give them more stars if I could. Best staff and doctors!

I've used Heart & Paw's vet services for the past two years. They show a lot of care and affection for both my overbearing dog and my grumpy cat, communicate well, and are flexible and reachable by phone and text. The only drawback is it's a little pricey, but I'm happy to pay for the quality of care my pets receive.
