I had an amazing facial with Colette! She is very knowledgeable, asking all the right questions so she could use the right products for me. Her facial massage technique is so relaxing I drifted off a couple of times. A day later and my face still feels smooth and hydrated.. and I’m in my 50’s! I will definitely book another facial with her!

Avoid Hand and Stone! My cousin and I visited hand and stone each wanting Himalayan salt stone massages. First, beware, pricing on the website is deceptive and are for first time customer or members only. There is no pricing listed for a return customer or nonmember. I was a first timer, while my cousin had gone once many years ago. We called to make the appointment, confirmed pricing and showed up. Like many other reviewers, we initially went to the wrong Cherry Hill location (they are across the street from each other) We each thought we had good massages but when we went to check out they over charged me. First, they forgot (as did I) that they took the $100 deposit over the phone, and then they didn’t charge me the introductory first customer price. I was paying for the both of us so although the total seemed high, I paid it. When I asked if I could tip via Venmo they said I had to use their “tippy” computer system. I tipped based off the overcharged amount which ended up being double. After much back and forth they refunded me but refused to refund the tip amount difference. The manager called me back the next day and blamed me for over tipping saying, “I had the choice to tip as much as I wanted and chose to over tip.” Then she blamed me for using the tippy system which was the way the people at the front desk told me I had to tip! All this over $25! They refused to refund me. I asked her if Hand and Stone was willing to lose me, my cousin and our family members as well as an unflattering review over $25 she said yes. Bad business model -would never return to any location.

The massage therapists are very good at finding out what you need, pressure you like, ailments you may have, and working to help you feel better.

My boyfriend got me a gift card for hand and stone for valentines day. I personally don't love hand and stone and have been going elsewhere but he didn't know that and I appreciate the thought and gift obviously.I booked a massage for this location since this was where the gift card was for and they canceled on me twice just a few hours before the service. The first time was because their masseuse was sick and the second time it was car trouble. Trust me I get it life happens but it just seems like they don't care about their customers. I'm curious if it's because it's a gift card and I am not a member and my appointment time was 8pm.I had a hand and stone membership YEARS ago at their mays landing location when I lived down that way and it was a pain to cancel it. You always feel pressured to get a membership if you don't have one. The massages are mediocre. Do not recommend. Way better places to go.

If you are looking for a place that will bring you tranquillity, do NOT come here. I have been a member for 4 years and I hate it. They do not take you back on time nor do they give you your full hour. I pause my service every chance I get. Very high turnover rate for employees therefore they do not have any type of customer service nor common sense.

Shay was great! As it was my first service with her, she asked great questions and set a plan. My skin feels AMAZING and her massage really relaxed me. Highly recommend.

Therapists are great, but the membership terms are atrocious. Don't join.

Hand and stone can cancel on you hours before your appointment on multiple occasions and offer only a reschedule, but if you reschedule hours before gosh forbid you have an issue and can’t make it in, they take your money or a package. If they take money from your account it’s $50 fee whether you have the money or not, but if they take a package from you it’s the $80+ that you already paid just to get the “free massage” for the membership. Darned if you do and darned if you don’t. A huge disappointment. Nixon is GREAT he is not the issue at ALL. The policy sucks, glad I canceled my membership on y'all lmao. Don’t charge me this month bc I already told your staff to cancel my membership and don’t tell me to call y’all about this negative review because I already did and y’all don’t do ****
