Jeff Drozen is THE MAN. He has guided our decisions on insurance for our business and personal needs for many years now and I will not work with anyone other than him. If you have insurance needs or questions, you need to get in touch with Jeff. The added bonus is that he's funny and relatable, so it makes dealing with complicated and often boring details of insurance pleasant.

Came over from a different insurance service mainly because the person I was dealing with left the company and the communication with them went downhill. I reached out to Gaspar and they put me in touch with Pamela. She was great! She helped me and my wife combine our auto coverage and also got us to bundle it with our homeowners insurance. She went through every scenario with me and laid everything out in front of me so I knew exactly what my options were. We ended up bundling our home and auto insurance and saved a bunch of money. I’m so happy I found Gaspar and am excited to keep working with them and Pamela in the future for any insurance needs I may have!

Working with Jeff Drozen at Gaspar was FANTASTIC. We connected with him when we first bought our home but had already gotten a policy - we stayed in touch and finally it was the right time for me to switch. He's super honest and last year told me to stay where I was because he couldn't find much better.This year, he looked across multiple companies to find me home and auto policies with equal or better coverage at a much lower rate.Highly recommend working with Jeff and Gaspar!

After recent Huge increase on our GEICO auto policy, had a chance to work with Jeff from GASPAR insurance agency on the new quote. Jeff absolutely delivered on what he promised, we have a new policy for home and auto where we saved a ton of money and got a great product. The recent HUGE increase of our auto and homeowners policy from a mainstream insurance company made me research and seek out another provider. After seeing others who had a great experience with Jeff Drozen at Gaspar, I gave him a call. Not only was he a genuinely nice guy, he saved us thousands on our auto and homeowners policy. Couldn't be happier! Starting the New Year with a few more thousand dollars in our pocket can't be beat!

Jeff Drozen was AMAZING in helping me renew my insurance policy. He took the time to learn what I was looking for, talked me though various options and connected me with Hanover Insurance who presented a policy that was less than I was paying with my current provider. Thought I would try a broker for the first time. Took them only 25 minutes to shop around and turns out the cheapest they could find me is $620 a month because I hit a pothole and got a ticket 5 years ago. I was paying about $150 a few months ago and since has gone up about $50 because of rates and the economy. To go from 150 to the lowest they could find anywhere of 620 is insane. I have no idea what they did but that's ridiculous.

In a world that is severely lacking in quality customer service, Jeff Drozen is a shinning example of how to make people feel heard and save them money too!! I had been with a large insurance company for years, and those years did not reap any benefits, rather I kept paying higher premiums for sub par coverage. Jeff was able to walk me through what made sense for my family, at this point in time, and provided me an option that saved me thousands (I typed that correctly) of dollars. He is considerate and provides feedback quickly. I recommend his services without hesitation!
