I was looking for a dress for a wedding I was attending and have looked everywhere. I finally went to cherry hill mall and into Francesca’s. I was greeted by a very nice woman Latrice and explained everything. She went way above and beyond to help me. She pulled dresses, she zipped dresses, she made me feel so comfortable and I found a dress finally. She even continued to help me pick out jewelry. I am so grateful to have had this type of assistance.

I have visited many Francesca's locations before, but this experience really stood out to me. The salesperson was one of the most friendly and helpful people I have dealt with in a long time. She was helping me find things to buy, and actually helping me, not in any sort of pushy way whatsoever. She was incredibly friendly and kind. Further I found some really cute stuff and had a good experience in the dressing room which was clean and spacious. The whole store was clean and well organized, which made me feel safer given I hadn't been in a mall in quite some time. I would definitely return here!

This particular store was a pleasure to visit today. It was not my intention to buy anything. But the Sales lady was so affable, patient and knowledgeable, I did buy a few things. Thank you India.

This is used to be my favorite store but honestly I do not enjoy coming to it anymore. For starters I feel that they always have the same style of clothes each and every year. I had a very bad experience with doing a return in the store. I ordered online and returned in store, and I did not get my money back for 3 months. Ever since then I cannot shop there for myself. The only reason why I gave this store a 3 instead of a 1 is because they have good gifts for people. That is honestly the only reason why I still shop there.

I love Francesca's Boutique. There I always find very pretty clothes that are not anywhere else which is nice. I gave my sister in-law, and my sister an awesome long sleeve top from there and they both say how much they love it every time I see them wearing it. This is a great boutique for yourself and also for gifts.

My friend kept raving about Francesca's in Marlton at the Promenade at Sagemore, so I happened to be at the Cherry Hill Mall and discovered that there was also a Francescas there, so I decided to check it out. This was my first trip to a Francescas and will certainly be my last. There were a lot of cute clothing and accessories. I found a cute top in the markdown section for $18 and another that was full price. I asked two sales associates about any promos and they clearly saw my two purchases. When I got to the register, I realized that I had been charged full price for the clearance top after looking at the printed receipt. When I pointed out that the top was marked clearance and showed them that the whole rack of the same shirts were marked down to the clearance price of $18, the manager (who ironically had the same name as the store), said it was a "mistake" and I had to pay full price. I pointed out that the whole rack of those shirts was marked down and if it was the store's mistake then it is not the customer's fault and the store should honor the price on the ticket. However, the manager (whom I later found out was filling in for this location and was originally from the Gloucester Outlets location), was adamant and would not budge. She would not honor that price. So I just left the store and contacted customer service. I was unable to reach anyone at customer service after trying multiple times. The whole situation was unnecessary and ridiculous. They charged me $40 for a shirt marked clearance for $18. If the store makes a mistake, it is not the customers fault! This store and customer service clearly does not give a hoot about their customers and I do not recommend shopping at this location!! I have been to Other stores in Marlton at the Promenade and always if the store made a mistake they honored the price on the ticket with no problem whatsoever!! I am appalled by this store and manager. Shop here you only if you want to get CHEATED out of your money and treated like crap. It was my first and last trip for sure. In addition, my Asian friend recently shopped at their Gloucester Outlets location and told me while she was trying on in the dressing room she could hear the staff talking about her outside the dressing room using some derogatory language and a racial slur. She was so horrified she ran out of the store. I am not sure if that same manager was on staff that day but Francescas gets two strikes. I will not shop here again and good luck contacting customer service if you have any problems.
