Persistence & Tenacity. Those two words describe Bob Salatto’s attitude towards getting a deal to the table. As an agent, sometimes we forget the amount of effort and work that goes into getting one of our buyer’s into their new home. We certainly understand the effort on our end but we can forget the energy that it takes to take it from “offer accepted” to “clear to close”. It’s easy to forget this when working with Bob and his team as they have a way of making it seamless.
