One of the people kept trying to upsell their service. He want to sell me a "custom" box instead of a regular one. I asked the dimensions of the TV box. Instead of telling me, he pointed to the box and said it was printed on the box. The TV box is plenty big as he could tell because he measured the table I was shipping.

I went to there to print something that I needed for meeting. The code was not working. Ask for help got ignored, and then eventually somebody showed up and then was supposed to be helping me, but then left me standing there. I went to help somebody else who came in after me and when I said to her, I have another appointment, she said ma’am, please this is Gloria and I don’t think she knows what customer service is. She’s very rude. Very very disrespectful. I asked for manager they told me manager is not coming in until 12. I asked for my money back. They told me it takes 3 to 5 business days, horrible

John was such a huge help during my high anxiety project. He called to let me know he was printing the order and that everything was going smoothly. He offered to let me come in to review the initial prints before he completed the order. He really put my mind at ease. The posters he printed were absolutely perfect!

Cannot sing enough praises for this center. Extremely helpful over the phone and in person. Had to ship a large rug that I had in a heavy duty bag and immediately was offered a couple solutions, while I was turned away from a few centers in Philly. The gentleman working this Sunday was employee/manager of the year type of person. It was absolutely worth traveling from Philly.

The two ladies I spoke with absolutely hate their job. No help whatsoever. Excuses after excuses - anything to do less work. I just needed some stuff boxed well and shipped out. I left with my stuff to take elsewhere.

Copiers broken for months! Then a customer asked to speak with the manager and the employee refused. Then a lot employee was unprofessional when somebody asked for help with scanner and said I told you the last time you were in here. 6 to 7 people waiting for one print. Never will I go to this location! Terrible customer service!

Terrible. A package that was SUPPOSED to be delivered overnight to South Carolina in the MORNING didn't even leave New Jersey until the morning.I even asked if they wanted me to go to a Fed ex that closed an hour later (I was there ten minutes before 8, when they close). They said no. Hopefully my overnight package, which cost over 100.00, will be there earlier than 24 hours late. What a rip off.

I came into your office Explicitly expressing the importance of a Saturday delivery on a package that was being shipped on Friday July 7th for delivery next day Saturday July 8th. I explained to your representative at the register that the US Post Office and UPS could not deliver my package until Monday and expressed the importance that my package be delivered on Saturday, your associate assured me it would be delivered on Saturday. Your FedEx employee at the packing table behind the register heard my plea for next day delivery and said to the agent it needed a special sticker for the delivery I strongly expressed that I needed. The agent at the register disregarded her and said no it did not need a sticker for the overnight delivery the woman packing the packages said not according to the delivery drivers that it needed that sticker. The agent continued to disregard what the woman was saying and assured me the package would be delivered on Saturday. Had I been told the package would not be delivered until Monday I would have gone back to the US Post Office and mailed my package for $30 as opposed to $81.60 I paid, the appropriate charge should have been 2 day @ $35.70 per fedex rate.This office is unreliable and does nothing to correct their error to satisfy a client, that's called Poor Customer Relations!
