I just visited this store recently and the two puerto rican ladies that were working here had terrible attitudes. The customer service is not good at all. Very disgusting

Found shoes I really liked. The front of them had a mark/scuff on them so I wanted to see if they had another pair in the size. They didn’t so the very helpful associate said she’d ask her manager if there was anything to be done. The manager said no and wouldn’t even give me a lousy 10% off. I’m supposed to buy defective shoes? As a customer I don’t feel great about that. I spent $300 in there and she wouldn’t even approve a less than $10 discount for a damaged shoe. If the mark doesn’t come off I’ll be returning.

Great buy 1 get 1 half off sale. Great prices my son did really good. He got two pairs of expensive sneakers for $64.00.

This store is just to high I never see anybody in these store even the one in turnersville is always empty before everything went up this store was high if yall just look at every famous footwear watch there is no one ever in those stores I'm not talking about 1 or 2 people .

Famous footwear I been in this stop at the mall and in the one in turnersville nj and when I tell you I hardly see anyone in these stores ever !!!! I really don't understand how they are surviving they are just to high even before everything went up they was just plan high my mouth just be on the floor when I go in there it's practically funny sometimes.

Staff is always so helpful and friendly here. I tend to always end up buying something from here as they have a great selection. Plus if something isn't available in your size they will help you get it shipped or delivered to the store. The prices are reasonable, and they usually have deals and discounts too.
