Unfortunately, I didn't even purchase a coin purse from here! The prices are totally out of my league and very upscale! Unless I were buying a very special gift, I wouldn't even come here. They boast high-end name brands, and even their sleek & modern mannequins are "dressed" to the 9's! The jewelry carried rivals your Kay's, Zale's, Helzberg, for sure! Simply BEAUTIFUL! The Moorestown location is going out of business - I thought that maybe this one was too. (It isn't). Years ago I bought black "burn out" pants on sale here - I'd love to find them again. They were so sexy and I had them for almost ten years. If you can afford to shop here, God bless you and have at it!!!

Rarely do I ever leave comments, but have to say I love Coco who works at the Dior beauty counter. She is a very sweet lady and such a hard worker with excellent service. I will always come back to her ! Always refer friends to her if they go to Cherry Hill Mall. She deserves everything that she works for.

Customer service at their online pick up service bar is terrible and extremely slow. You might as well order online and get it delivered to your home. That way, you'd wait the same amount of time to receive your purchased items and not have to deal with bad customer service.

It's that time of the year - the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale so of course I had to splurge on a few jackets - I ordered them online and placed them for pickup at this location. By the time I ventured my way here, another jacket I ordered was delivered to my house. I brought it with me to return. I went to the order pickup section first and received my jackets very quickly - I was even able to return it there if I wanted to but I wanted to browse the store before making a final decision. I then returned the jacket that was delivered to my house and this station was cluttered with items and boxes. I wasn't surprised because it's a crazy time in this store then. The associate was very pleasant and the return was very quick. I then browsed the store to see if they had another jacket in stock because it ran out online (yes, I have a jacket addiction!) and unfortunately they didn't but the sales associate was super sweet and very easy to talk to.

My son just moved from Fl to Philly and the furniture company that was moving his furniture and clothing promised me that everything would be delivered before we got to his new apartment. Long story short once we got to Philly the movers told me it may be another week before his stuff arrived. Needing work clothing for the hospital, we ran to Nordstrom's where we were able to get everything that he need. They were even able to shorten his pants and that took less than 15min. We truly appreciate the patience of our sales associates, we were tired and frustrated and he was able to get us what ever we needed, pants, belt, shirts, socks and shoes. Thank you Warren G, Gil M and the taylor. I knew I could count on Nordstroms!

Writing to you today to inform you that as of today ZERO RESULTS from any one in your store. I will assume that my wife is not getting this jacket and that we will not be using this service again As Good as the Concept seems it is still very flawed. Joseph Grande

The store was very clean and impressive when you first walk in but that's where the good new stops. High end, tacky and uninviting. Never shopped here and probably never will. The store jacks the prices of every item and stock is limited. There was nothing in this store that I felt like I needed or wanted and is obviously targeting a curtain type of consumer. Employees are unengaging and try more to avoid you then help you in anyway unless youre a 70yr man in a sport jacket and a rolex. Unless your goal in life is to spend as much money as you can before you die, just stay away.

I have been a loyal customer of Nordstrom for the past 8 years and have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is superb and return policy is amazing. I've read reviews about their cafe being great but I was not impressed at all to say the least. I'd compare it Panera's but way lower quality and customer service. They carry the best selection of kids shoes here. I'm a little sad they stopped carrying some of the higher end designer brand heels here such as YSL but check out Nordstrom.com. They have it all on there. Parking is great and they even have a huge multiple level drive In lot you can park in if you prefer that over their regular parking lot

I love Nordstrom! This is one of my favorite stores to shop in. They always have the latest styles in clothes, purses, shoes and etc! I love shopping in their junior section because of their prices. The prices are pretty reasonable and the clothes are great for ages 18-50! The workers are nice and it is very easy to navigate. Also, if you have to make a return it is so simple! You go right by the shoes and they have a return counter. If you are looking for something new, hip, and chic then Nordstrom is your place! Oh and they have a great food and coffee too!

This 5 star rating is for Aleena (I might have misspelled her name) but she is an African American girl who works in the lingerie department. I was literally bullied by another employee to the point of tears because she kept insisting that I didn't know my size and that I should let her measure me. (absolutely not!) Then she stated that I really shouldn't be wearing bras with any type of padding because I am already 'full' up top... She was so rude, and it made me livid. Fortunately enough I held it together. She totally read me wrong. I only shop at Nordstrom's and Dillards for bras...and have consistently for the last several years. So I KNOW my size. Plus I've been fitted before in a Nordstrom's in TX. Along came Aleena and she saved the day. Sure enough I was the size I said I was and I had her come and check my bra (fit) personally in the dressing room. Just because she was so kind I purchased 2 more items. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to a customer. I'm so glad that Aleena chimed in before I had the chance to walk out the store and miss a good purchase.
