Horrible horrible experience , dropped my bike off for repair in may , the guy was busy took my information called me a day later with a quote to fix my bike and a time frame. Two weeks turned into four or five months. Never once did they reach to tell me my bike was finished , I stopped in to see what was going on, I was giving lies and confused faces no one apologized no discount offered nothing. Told them I would be back to pick up I didn’t have my truck .. summer is over so it slipped my mind ,today I received a text saying pick my bike up or it will be donated. Never again !!!!!! So unprofessional STAY AWAY!!!!

Thanks to Rich and his highly skilled team, my electric bicycle is back to doing 25 miles an hour again without any wobbling or shaking.
They very swiftly changed out the axle nuts on my bike while I paid for them. Very, very professional and efficient service.
Great news, the bike held up over the next 50 miles!
Stop in for professional mechanics who charge fair prices. I'll be back soon for my tune up!

I have to give them no less than 5 star. It has been a long time that I have ever felt the way I did when I walked in this store. The tech paid attention to what we were looking for and provided excellent care. He even went above and beyond to check the bike and ensured it was all good before we left. You can tell it is not about the money but the focus was more on the bike and their passion towards the service. I would have paid whatever they would have charged. They were fair with price as well.
Prior to walking in to this shop, me and my son went to a branded bike store on Marlton and they made us wait for more than 20 min to just say they can’t fix it because it was not bought from them. There is a big difference between family owned and corporates. If you have any problem with your bike, I will strongly recommend going to this place. I know I am going ONLY here.

I initially rated them as 5 star, but was a bit disappointed on having to return my Zipp wheels for a 2nd time due to a mechanic error that could have potentially risk a safety issue for something that I use for my A+ pace rides. I wasn’t able to use my carbon wheelset for a critical race and it tooks weeks before I got it back. The issue was addressed professionally and Rich was more than apologetic for his mechanical error. Otherwise, I still recommend them, as everyone was professional and they addressed their mistake. It was just the inconvenience of timeline and initial worry of safety on a wheel that I use on fast rides coupled with not being able to use it on race day.

A screw fell out of my Shimano deore shifter. Came here and aron gave me a new screw free of charge. Ended up giving him some money for lunch. Everyone here is very passionate about what they do. Best customer experience I've had at a bike shop.

Brought my sons bike here for some maintenance and their prices are reasonable and if you have an issue you just let them know and they will take care of it. Would definitely recommend.
