Stopped by at the shop this morning to inquire the products and Nancy answered many of my questions. Nancy was very helpful. Tasted one of her chocolate covered strawberries and it was fresh, crunchy and wonderfully delicious. I will surely go back there for my future orders!

Super disappointing. I called last week to see if I had to order just a few pieces of fruit and was told no I could just walk in. Walked in and wasn’t helped or even acknowledged for 15 mins but this is for my husbands birthday so I patiently waited just to be told they didn’t have any fruit for me to get. Had I not been told to just walk in I would have ordered. Won’t be back to this location.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Absolutely unacceptable presentation from this company. My husband was amazing enough to order a beautiful bouquet and surprise me on Valentine's Day and this is how I received it! Not only was the order wrong (supposed to include 3 balloons but only 1 was included), but the delivery driver wasn't friendly at all. I can't believe they let this arrangementleave their store looking like this! Or if it was messed up in transport, you'd think their delivery drivers would handle better. A beautiful gesture from my husband but a crappy (AND EXPENSIVE) edible arrangement.UPDATED REVIEW: My husband submitted a complaint through email and the store manager called him the next day (today) and rectified the situation. He sent not only a replacement edible arrangement with the correct number of balloons but a Valentine's Day bouquet free of charge as well! This set was IMPECCABLY done. Like literally perfect! I appreciate them addressing and fixing their mistake so updating the review accordingly.

The teddy looks really cheap..for the amount of money people pay for these arrangements everything should look good.. my teddy was squashed like he just came out of smashed box..the arrangement was tasty..

I ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday on 3.22.22, received a blurry photo of the delivery, when they opened the package the melon was covered in white slime. I was informed my my friend the same day and the next day I was sent a photo. I contacted the number on the confirmation email and it defaulted to the Haddonfield location because no one answered the phone. I spoke to an awesome associate there who took my info and said she would escalate it to have someone from CH call me the next business day. TL;DR here I am 2 weeks later writing this review. Not only has no management contacted me yet, but every time I call the only person that answers the phone happens to be the same person that helped me 2 weeks ago. She can't be the only associate there? I was advised by her that she was told "you can handle this", a deflection red flag. I sent in the photo about a week ago and called again today, 4.5.22, only to be told "he will be calling you today". This associate has gone above and beyond her ability and I commended her numerous times in our phone calls. Very unfortunate that they would not have sought to resolve this immediately, especially when it comes to food products. I would have given one star, but the help I got from one associate doesn't deserve that. 4.29.22 - spoke with another associate and still no resolution.

This place put me on hold for 20 minutes! I can understand its a busy day of the year but to check whether pickup is available doesn't take 20 minutes! I was forgotten about. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a fruit bouquet from a group of us for a friend who was reaching two special milestones and wanted to personalize the delivery with a special note from the group. Noreen of the Cherry Hill Store went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I placed my order, her friendly, patient manner and superior customer service made for an easy and pleasant experience. In addition to hand-typing my message, she helped personalize our note with a cute graphic.I received an e-mail from Edible Arrangements informing me of the delivery and my friend was so pleased with the beautiful and delicious bouquet!I would definitely recommend this store if you are looking to send someone a gift to celebrate a special occasion or just "because"!
