Nasty staff. You’d think with all the bad reviews about the girls that work here they would hire new staff. So snobby and stick their noses up and give a hard time with returns. Such a shame because it’s a cute store

Unfriendly. I was in the fitting room and heard them all the way from the register talking about me, laughing like mean girls. They must have thought a curtain could block out their conversations...I'll stick to shopping online.

Don’t like customer service here, bought two dresses online and return because it doesn't fit me. I try to exchange for a smaller size but they dont have in store, they told me it will restock. I was thinking how come on sale stuff will be restock. I kept asking her you sure it will restock. She said yes, but in reality it never restock. Hate to comeback here

Some of the best customer service in this mall - always greeted, always asked if I need help - unlike many other places there. They often have sales- and I think people of many ages can buy there. Great stuff for a city getaway.

Cute store in cherry hill mall - think a mix of forever 21 x H&M. It's not a huge store but they have a good selection, I think the full retail price is a bit expensive for the items but I love their sale. I bought a cute polka dot crop top for $10!

I have recently bought a tank top from this store and it was very cute. However, the strap of the tank top was poorly made so when I wore it for the first time, the strap snapped and came out. Cute clothes, bad quality. I have tried to contact them to see if I could get my money back but it wouldn’t let me call.

Great clothes and great service. They have so many cute items here but it is very expensive. I bought 10 items and it was close to $400.00

I've had more good experiences than bad. Experiences where I feel like I have a personal stylist, the sales are described to me and the staff is bubbly. I've had other experiences that I'm not greeted and I'm only told about sales at the counter or not at all. They don't tell you the body suits are nonrefunable otherwise I would have tried it on however, they have no issue with “jointly†telling you the swimsuits are nonrefunable when you go to refund them. I'm giving them a 3 versus a 2 because many of the styles are trendy and unique and they offer online shopping so I don't have to visit the store if I don't want to .

Cute store but worse service ever! I purchased a bodysuit and after a few minutes decided that I would like to return it. I went back to the store and was immediately turned away in very rude manner. One employee (Melissa) kept rolling her eyes and disregarding what I had to say. With that being said, I decided to call customer service and my request was honored within seconds. I took the reciept and the reference number that was given to me by customer services. Unfortunately for the two employees, I was able to return the item and get my money back. Nonetheless, Melissa kept rolling her eyes and being extremely disrespectful and sarcastic throughout the process. Safe to say I will never be shopping there again.

I've walked past this store a few times in the mall and it never crossed my mind to go in. But I went in today and fell in love with all of their clothes. Their clothes are priced very nicely and their employees were the sweetest. Most stores I walk into the employees stay to themselves, not this store. I highly recommend this store. Great clothes for any look, it will leave you looking flawless!
