Went into the pharmacy today, while the pharmacists were messing around and laughing, Jonathan who was ringing, was in-fact ringing two registers at once looking like he was going to pass out, making sure the customers were in and out of the lines. He is the only hard worker here and deserves to be treated better. Do better cvs

CVS Mount Laurel is a pretty big store and they handle a ton of medication going out of their location the people who work there are always very nice, helpful, caring and treat you like you are a person and not a number it’s always a pleasure to shop at this CVS location

This pharmacy is the worst when it comes to answering phone calls. They will have six people behind the counter but let customers wait on the phone forever. Answer the phone!!

Pharmacy is, by far, the worst I've ever seen. They always have tons of people working, but somehow there's always a massive line. Anywhere else has two or three people and you don't have to wait as long as this place that normally has at least six to eight people working. Prescriptions usually aren't ready so you have to wait. They Sen a text notification saying that three of my prescriptions were ready to be picked up. I went in and they said one of them was put back in stock because I waited too long to pick it up. Just one, not the other two? And it was the needles for my insulin. So they gave me the insulin, but no needles to take it. Thus making it useless. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong insulin. They gave me the fast acting instead of the long lasting. Had I not noticed I would have taken a significantly higher dose.
Over-staffed with remarkably incompetent people. They need to clean house and hire a completely new staff.

I had scheduled an appointment today at the Minute Clinic for my son to undergo a Covid test due to exposure and symptoms. Additionally, I needed to pick up medication for him. Since the prescriptions weren't ready yet, I was directed to the drop-off window to discuss them with another staff member.While at the window, I called my son's medical provider to confirm that she had sent the refill to the pharmacy. At that moment, the nurse practitioner called my son in. As we approached the clinic, she immediately and rudely demanded that I hang up the phone, saying, "You need to get off the phone!" Despite being in the process of doing so, she did not allow me enough time.When I called out the nurse practitioner for her unprofessional behavior, she refused to provide medical care to my 8-year-old son, who needed to be tested for Covid due to symptoms. I explained that I was on the phone with a medical provider to confirm medication and was in the process of hanging up when she rudely interrupted. Her response was a dismissive "don't care."As a mental health clinician, I cannot fathom denying a client professional care because of being called out on unprofessional behavior. This experience violated ethical codes on many levels. The nurse practitioner's lack of professionalism, self-awareness, people skills, and emotional intelligence is concerning. She should not be representing CVS or the Minute Clinic. In addition to writing this review, I have already filed a formal complaint with the Minute Clinic manager via telephone, and I intend to file a complaint with my insurance company.
