Pharmacy drive thru is always closed for lunch or just closed. Prescriptions are never ready when you pick them up. Do not answer phone calls so you can even check if prescriptions are ready

This pharmacy always seems to have an attitude problem. Don’t even try to call and talk to a pharmacist, no one answers. Always having some kind of script issues, didn’t receive all my scripts. Take your business elsewhere.

For the last year this pharmacy service quality has dropped significantly. They are making serious mistakes with medications until something really bad happens. They need better management and step it up.

Rude ignorant pharmacist Tanya Nguyen is the reason I moved all of my meds to another pharmacy. Gives confusing information, unhelpful, passive aggressive. Constantly an issue to me, and others, she has talked down to me for the last time. Final straw: My script is almost $200, I have a manufactured coupon provided - Pharmacist out right refused to call the manufacturer provided phone number for pharmacists to help them with coupons. I called them and confirmed the pharmacy needs to call that number. I confirmed their coupon system was not dealing with technical issues. Pharmacist again refused to call. Kept telling me it was ready for pick up though at full price, as if that's a bright side? AVOID THIS CVS IF NEEDING PHARMACY

Have tried to use the pharmacy several times, insurance reasons, they have had the meds in stock a handful of time. If they did not took a good 35 minutes to inform me. When had enough and had another pharmacy to transfer the prescription, the new pharmacy was just put on hold for over 30 minutes before they would even speak to the new pharmacy. They were not busy when I had gone in and even the website shows they are slow. Completely unacceptable with a sick kiddo.

The front of the store staff are always polite and helpful. The pharmacy techs are patient and try to help- but the pharmacist is the rudest person I have ever encountered. She cannot time manage and her manner of speaking to everyone is that of a rude mean middle school girl. She yelled at my 80 year old mother and was wildly belligerent to me. We all moved our scripts elsewhere. I won’t deal with any CVS pharmacy because I do not trust that pharmacist at 1 Brace Rd.

Pharmacy is difficult to work with, slow and not always ready when indicated. Customer service nonexistent on the floor. No one opens locked cases when called. I’ve walked out without assistance.

They absolutely will not answer the phone in the pharmacy. They stole my drivers license.I handed my license through the drive-thru and they didn’t give it back. I realized as soon as I got home. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes before someone picked up and hung up without saying anything. Called again and waited 20 minutes before I hung up and drove there. Was told that they don’t have it, they give it back right away. They wouldn’t even look. Never going there again.
