Great experience with my two units here. Clean, efficient and fair prices. Manager always been helpful. Can manage with useful phone app. Wasn't even a question to choose CubeSmart again when I moved to another state.

After having a reservation, I went in to pay on a Saturday at 2. No one was there, went later, no one was there. Called on Sunday, no one was there. Finally had to go to a different storage that was quick and easy. Sorry
