Came as a drop in. Coaches were attentive and friendly. Members were supportive. I felt welcome in the gym.

I did drop in on Monday, May 13, in the evening. The location is shared with a martial arts school, but it's well separated. The group was small, the coach friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, it was a great class. I will be dropping in again when I am in the area.

Used this box for a drop in whilst I was in town. The guys were super helpful and welcoming, they have a good time table and the work out was challenging and well balanced. Highly recommend this box!!!
