Never in my wildest imagination did I think I'd leave a home contractor a 5 star review. The process is supposed to be brutal and annoying right?? WRONG! We hired Creative Remodeling to install our new kitchen and primary bathroom. Every day our house was left cleaner than when they arrived which was a such a blessing because living in a renovation with toddlers is far from enjoyable. The dust and mess stayed contained, the attention to detail was impeccable, and the end result was exactly as I hoped. What more could you ask for? I highly, highly recommend Creative Remodeling.

I used creative Remodeling to do my master bedroom shower, and the Results are too amazing for me to describe.The amount of work this company put into their details it’s unbelievable.Joe, the owner is definitely on top of his things, making sure that everything is getting done perfectly in a very organized way.I highly recommend you all to use this company for any of your needs kitchen showers and all other renovations planning at your house.They also have a very high-quality and custom design for cabinets and closets, which is an amazing things to have because you’re dealing with one. Contractor, definitely make things much easier.They have a beautiful showroom, in Voorhees, and the showroom has a variety of modern countertops, customize cabinets and appliances.Thank you Joe for everything you did for us!

This is a detailed and positive review, as we believe it's essential to share our experience due to the significant investment in Creative. We hired them for a master bathroom and bedroom closet redo, and the entire project, including design and build, took several months. Our 30-year-old home needed updates, and we chose Creative after thorough research, valuing their attentive staff, experience, and creativity. Despite the cost, we recommend every aspect of this company. The upfront discussions reassured us, and though the project wasn't cheap, the delivered results were spectacular. Be ready for a comprehensive project, as they clarified that simple updates were not within scope, aligning with our expectations.Creative demonstrated high competency at every phase of the project.1) Consultation - During summer consultations with their design architects, they were attentive, asked insightful questions, and were honest about the budget. They gave practical spending recommendations, and despite the iterative process, they consistently communicated and fulfilled promises on time. Their reliability boosted our confidence in their ability to deliver.2) Materials Selection -Positive discussions during materials selection. Designers collaborated with us, making tradeoffs and showing skill in achieving the desired look and feel. They presented various fixture options with explanations, allowing us to decide at our own pace. They were not pushy, and visualizations were used where available. The materials were ordered, and the wait (as per our expectations) was worthwhile for the desired result.3) Construction - The build started after Thanksgiving and was the most intrusive but impressive part. Creative's work teams were highly reliable, working from 8:30 to 6 each weekday without skipping a day. The 6-week project involved demolition, roughing, plumbing, structural, and electrical work. Despite the mess, their dedication prevented prolonged disruption. Workers communicated daily plans, cleaned up each day, and addressed challenges transparently with us. Their adaptability and skill resulted in remarkable progress and a great outcome.4) Finishing Touches - once the project was done the aftercare has been excellent. We do maintain a punch list of items that the team is in regular communication with us to address. We don't feel at all like they have left us on our own. Again we feel strongly that the level of transparency and attention has been amazing and that over the next couple of days the proper tweaks will be made to get everything just right. At no point has there been a challenge to get their attention or address expectations.5) Other things - the project was transparently managed through a shared website called BuilderTrend. The software leaves a little to be desired but all of the information is available to be reviewed. All change orders, invoices, and communications were professionally managed. A big deal is that the owner Joe took a personal interest in the project and FREQUENTLY stopped by to see how things were going, discuss ideas, and set expectations. Joe and the whole team from the architects (Christopher) to the worker were a dream.In short - what could have been a very stressful experience turned out to be as well managed as this possible could have been. Every project of this type will come with challenges and adaptations - this is a company that seems to understand what customer service, creativity and design excellence means. We would be pleased to recommend them to anyone AND as other needs come up will use them again. Thank you Creative team! Creative can provide any pictures of before and after upon request.

We used Creative Remodeling to help us renovate our master bathroom and we are amazed with the result. They were able to accommodate all of our major requests into the design of the bathroom as we wanted both a tub & a nice shower. Our space required some extra work as we needed to take down some walls to create the space we wanted. We needed a dramatic transformation to turn our small outdated kitchen into something that was bigger, more functional, and beautiful. There were many contractors to choose from and it was overwhelming to think about how to begin a renovation project as big as ours. Working with Joe and his team made this project not only feasible, but as smooth as possible. From the initial planning and design, the collaboration made the entire process feel very reassuring. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Joe and the Creative Remodeling team. Every detail was discussed and they helped guide us through the entire process. Joe handled scheduling, ordering, you name it. The men who came to work were nice and worked so hard day after day. My kitchen is beautiful and is now a space I love to be in (even if I’m cleaning it!) that’s how much I love it. 10/10 would use Joe and his team again without hesitation.

Creative Remodeiing & Design recently completed a large project for us and I have to say we couldn't be happier! We recently purchased an older home that needed to be updated. I worked with their designer (Chris) who listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions about how to accomplish my goals. They truly worked together with me to capture my "unskilled" vision. It turned out better than I could have imagined! The thing I appreciated most was their work ethic. I was worried about how much time they would spend working at our house while they were working on other jobs as well. I have experienced this with other builders. That did not happen! Remarkably they showed up at 8 am and worked everyday with a team of dedicated and skilled workers for 10 weeks until the job was complete. I was truly thankful for this as it helped me "wait" by seeing their progress every day. They stayed pretty close to our budget too granted, we did make changes along the way. Joe did a remarkable job transforming some simple things I wouldn't have thought of like changing the door handles and painting the stairwell banister ( we couldn't afford to replace). these small things made a huge impact. Joe showed up regularly to check on projects and materials. He wanted us to be happy and worked to make it so! Creative Remodeling & Design is an excellent choice for your next remodel! From the beginning of our remodel journey, Joe and Chris have been great to work with. They offered us 3 options that would work well with our home and the one we chose for our kitchen was creative and functional. Once the construction started, everything was done up to code and with great precision. Joe took any concerns we had during the project seriously and made sure everything was done properly. We were offered several options when picking out cabinets, hardware, countertops, and tile to make the design process complete. In the end, we were so pleased with the results. Our kitchen, family room and dining room now looks fabulous. I generally don't write reviews, but my experience with Creative Remodeling was exceptional. I renovated a master bathroom. From the very beginning, Joe's ability to walk me through the 3D rendering and tweak the plans made it so much easier for me to visualize the layout. Joe also had exceptional insight into hardware selections and ensured that the actual plumbing fixtures, down to the valves, were able to do what we wanted- something the high end bathroom supply company had failed to do. But, most importantly, Joe's attention to detail and design was amazing. We were attempting a very unusual shower layout that required multiple steps to implement, and Joe really sweated the details. I didn’t have to worry about any details, because Joe did! The end result is truly spectacular and exceedingly functional. Of course, as with all construction, there were minor hiccups. Joe assumed all responsibility without argument, solved every issue in a timely and appropriate way, and ensured the project kept moving forward. I could not be more pleased with the outcome and would recommend Creative Remodeling to anyone.

Not only do they do a meticulous job, but they go a step beyond by creating complimentary finishes to walls, tiling, and hardware. They are very creative.
