Harold is an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT! My experience with him earlier today almost brought tears to my eyes. He was kind, attentive, and provided a level of service that I haven't experienced in a long time. Thank you, Harold, for being such a ray of sunshine. Give this man some recognition and a raise!!!

Treated like a criminal except when I paid $65 renewal . Went to costumer service to take my daughter off membership and add myself. Because my husband was originally prime it was a no go . He is sick and unable to come in they did not even try to help refused to discuss it did not care that I paid on my card my dgt was in full agreement to be removed.
The self checkout was a joke rude employees no room to move
My daughter does not want to ever go again !
Customer service training is an absolute must for this location !

It’s an okay Costco, the selection Is decent. They do sometimes have stuff that other Costco’s don’t ( like kiwi berries). The only thing I don’t like is the busyness, at times it becomes chaotic. Especially when it comes to samples, the crowd looks like a bunch of bears on salmon

This place is great just don't EVER get your tires done here. The tire shop is grossly understaffed and because of this, nobody answers the phone and it takes at least 2 and a half hours to get your tires replaced. It's a nightmare I won't revisit

It's got better produce than the one in mt laurel and usually isn't too busy. Needs more cashiers, though, even when it's nearly empty, there is always a long line.
