Just had the worst experience here as my first time here with a supervisor - yes a supervisor that I just was asking a question where to find something and he wouldn't even stop walking to help or look at me - just gave me a VERY vague answer "at the tire center". Again - this is my first time here and I just wanted to know where something was or where the tire center even was. Even a point in the right direction would've been great. I asked a few workers and they said they think his name is Will. I just can't believe there's someone this rude and unprofessional working at such a nice place. I won't be back and I will telling everyone to not come here from that experience alone. Such a shame such a rude person is a supervisor here or even works here.

The worst Costco I've ever shopped. Today, like most days, there are no carts inside; retrieve your own from the lot stations. The checkout likes are not only all the way to the back of the warehouse, they're wrapped around the side. No one is available to help, there's no room to maneuver and everyone is so frustrated they just shove past. And it's not just the holidays, it's like this ALL THE TIME. It's a terrible store and I don't recommend.

Run as far away and as fast as your Nikes will take you from this big box store that literally resembles hell on earth. The devil himself is managing the New membership area and it's a complete sham. Our family signed up for a gold card in October of 2023. We were told if we paid $60 that we'd get a $30 Costco credit to use within a week via email. All we had to do is sign up on line with a Visa card. Easy enough, right? They directed us to use our phone and sign up while we were in the store to be eligible for the offer to new members. Well, it that $30 credit never came....checked junk too. WHAT A SCAM!!!!! We were told back in October that if it never showed up that we were to come right to the membership desk in person and they would take care of any friction. Well, that's exactly what we did. In October, we signed up with a woman named Dawn. Yesterday that SAME woman, Dawn was working the membership desk. We said hello, because we thought she'd remember us as it was a short time since our last in-person interaction. She acted like she didn't know us, kept on chewing her gum loudly and would not look us in the eye. She refused to make it right. Mind you, we're only talking about $30, but it was the principal of the thing....We got a bit miffed so my husband said we'd like our money back for our family membership. She would still not look at us and made us wait 20 minutes until a manager (joke) came with some sort of magical key to enable her to refund our membership. Sorry, Costco....how STUPID are you! The lifetime value of our family's spend could have been thousands. Ridiculous customer service. Will never go back to that terrible place....Shame on you Costco for misleading me and likely thousands of other trusting consumers. You should really know better. HORRIBLE. PLUS NO bargains to be had whatsoever. RUN RUN RUN away.

Costco is always a constant but yet surprises me once in a great moon. Please bring back the Kirkland brand chocolate covered caramel, macadamia nuts at the same price and continue to provide quality products and unbeatable return policies for eons to come. Thank you Costco!

AGGGHH! This is a true love- hate relationship. Love the prices BUT the organization of the place is like organized chaos! Items you buy regularly can be present for a bit then VANISH. If you are lucky they are just relocated somewhere else. If not lucky you are out of luck. As much as I hate their competition, I can ALWAYS find the item I need in the SAME location. If Costco ever copied the organization of - - corp, they would be awesome on steroids

This review is for the Costco tire center. After leaving my car in front of the tire center, one of the mechanics drove my car straight into the curb instead of reversing. This caused serious damage to the front frame and undercarriage of my car which also resulted in a leakage. Worse yet, they did not take responsibility or offer to fix it due to safety concerns about the leakage. Instead, they suggested the accident had occurred because of the way the car was parked (despite the fact that the car was completely in tact when it was initially parked) . I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of accountability and hope they become more careful with handling their customers' cars.

When checking out today, the costco employee almost refused to accept my membership card because I am a white woman with an Asian last name. She held onto my membership card, in my name, until I had to explain to her that I was married. I cannot believe I was racially profiled and almost discriminated against by a costco.

About 6pm 3/3/23. Staff at food court calling out orders could've been MUCH MUCH MUCH nicer! Stood and waited for forever to get helped. He acted as if the customer wasn't standing right in front of him! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!! What a shame, everyone else was so nice.

Costco Gem! Relative to other Costcos, I really like visiting this one given the relaxed atmosphere and the friendly nature of customer service. It could very well be the fact that I often visit outside of peak hours but the customer service line never seems to be too long and the conversation is more than just transactional. On a weeknight, the customer service line is almost nonexistent making returns or price adjustments a breeze. Even the lines for fuel are less of a wait compared to other locations (Lawrenceville, New Brunswick, Mount Laurel, and Edison) is my general impression. Relative to the nearby Mount Laurel, NJ location, this one has all my favorite items and every now and then they seem to have specials I don't see in others. The parking spaces are many on weeknights and wide making the process of loading and leaving easy.

Costco - Cherry Hill is top-notch as far as big box stores go. Their products tend to be on the higher-end quality-wise but worth every penny (but if you get something home and don't like it, their return policy is unparalleled too). They have staff literally everywhere to assist with any questions. And great samples. Samples of products you might hesitate to buy only because they are expensive in the warehouse-club size; but once you taste the samples, you can't help but purchase. Personally, I buy anything tasty that I sample just to support their practice of offering samples! Lines can be long at checkout, but with the army of capable cashiers and assistants ready to serve, things move very quickly - seems like the blink of an eye. Many of these compliments are not unique to the Cherry Hill Costco - we also shop at the Mount Laurel, NJ, and Newark, DE, locations - but Cherry Hill's parking lot is somewhat more shopper-friendly.

Betty the greeter was awesome! But the two ladies at checkout were the worst. One snapped at me when she thought I was talking to her and the one I was talking to ignored me even after putting on the assistance light. I am no used to a situation like this but what can I do?

It's a Costco. Staff is friendly no complaints. Gas station staff is a little slow but can't complain since there are 3 pumps.
