Very friendly & expedient. Grateful for all of the information shared by the phlebotomist. She explained everything involved in the process from drawing blood to the call I'd receive from the doctor. Job well done!

I was a walk-in blood draw, and there was virtually no wait.The check-in staff was prompt and courteous. The woman who did the draw was thoughtful in her approach, wished me congrats (I was there for pre-delivery blood work), and gave me a good stick.Huge shout out to the woman doing the check-in. She was checking people in and managing a nagging person who was upset that Cooper didn't her insurance. While the person was being unreasonable, she did her diligence in giving her other avenues to complain.

Parking was the only small problem once in I only waited about 10 minutes for bloodwork.Receptionist was pleasant and friendly and the lab phlebotomist was very pleasant as well.I would recommend .
