I do not bank here, but I had to deal with them because of an estate issue. Bridget Murray helped me navigate a difficult problem. She was professional and most importantly, she followed through. Excellent!

If negative stars were offered this location deserves a -100. ALL of the reviews stating they LOCK CARDS are true. A heavyset puerto rican woman arbitrarily chose to lock my debit, then proceeded to argue with me and almost physically assaulted me. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. Or just bank elsewhere, if you were thinking about doing business here.

Not really an issue with this location always helpful when I come in, my issue is they locked my debit card cause they said I used a bad pin too many times, which I didn’t tried once. Then I call the customer service line wait on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected cause all the reps went home. Horrible bank and employees

Honestly, I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They do every and anything without concerning you first which is really weird to me. On top of that they locked my card for no absolutely reason, then sent me a piece of mail saying that they didn’t want to do business with me no more, and they kept all the money that was on my card and the money that was deposited on there. And only giving me 80$ out of both of my checks and more. Please don’t waste your time and save yourself the trouble .

I had a great experience on my loan closing with Terrean. She was really amazing. I’ve been to a couple of closings over the over the years And this was the best, easiest one I’ve ever had.She really fully explained everything to me and she explained it concisely and clearly so I knew exactly what I was signing. There’s a saying that if you really understand something and you have a clear grasp of the concepts then you can clearly explain it to someone else in a simple way that they understand. And she definitely has that key ability. The ability to make customers feel comfortable, the ability to clearly explain what’s hap customers, the ability to quickly get someone in an out and get something done, She has all of these skills. This really makes me feel very confident about citizens bank.

@CitizensBank is the absolute worst bank! I've had nothing but extensive back and forth phone calls, technical issues, and a headache from this bank! Frustrated isn't even the word!

Poor experience. This is my 2nd time using this location. The 1st time, things went well. Today; however, I was racially profiled for trying to cash a business check for what they said was a large amount. They needed to call and verify so to speak! After check verfied, I left out of pure disgust! I have never had that problem at any of the Citizens Banks. BBB here I come. I will never do business at this location or think about opening up an account with them....EVER!

I had 4 accounts with Citizens, my business account being the most active. I gave Citizens close to 5 years to get it right. The absolute most unprofessional entity I have encountered. I have closed all accounts and have moved to Republic Bank. Citizens will let you sink and drown before they take responsibility for anything they do. I could go on for a week with a list of atrocities committed by them not to mention all of the charges they make, even to get change!! Ridiculous.

A week after my father died I went to this bank to let them know my father died and we needed to close his account. The banker was rude about the whole process telling me she needed more paperwork as if I am the expert and have done this before.. She did not mention anything about being sorry for my loss or anything total rude ignorant people here

The Workers there are rude and unprofessional. They dont know what they are doing and cant answer a simple question. They have NO idea on anything. They ask for your phone number n said I'll find an answer and call you back... my question was do you have a notary there ? Really !!!! Stupid
