The dude Chris lied to me. He told me I was able to get my car because I explained the situation I had since day one with the title. He said I could get it towed I told him I'd probably use his towing company, and he said njust don't park it in the street since it won't be registered or insured. I was telling him I was going to sell it once I got the new title. He said he knew a guy that would take it off my hands. I told him to give the guy my number. He then tells me I should let it go he and they will junk it. I said naw I'll just get it towed and park it in this lot next to my house. Because the title would take 6-8 weeks to come. So finally when my husband goes up there to get it to and we had got another towing service he said we couldn't take the car without it being registered. AFTER I EXPLAINED TO HIM 10xs WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE TITLE! He basically lied to me. Once he seen we wasn't using his towing company the story changed! Mind you I spoke to him a good 20mins the first time and called him 2xs afterwards to make sure of everything. I couldn't believe it. He was so helpful at first and I really appreciated him but to straight up lie is crazy to me. I think he found the opportunity to give his friend a car. I don't know what his motive was for being a liar. That is my car in pick below Ford Taurus hopefully someone got it who really needed it

I was stuck waiting for another tow truck for 3 hours and after calling Cioffi's Pat arrived within 15 minutes and safely towed my car!

Great customer service. Called them to tow my sons truck who had a flat tire and dead battery. Keys were left in cup holder as no one could be be there. They picked up the truck and towed to auto shop. I payed for it on line. It is refreshing to have a company who thinks of their customers first.
