It took a while, (over an hour) for the truck to arrive but the driver was friendly and knew what he was doing. The price was fair and delivery was easy. So if you need a tow, this is a good company to go with.

Customer Service - Tried to call to find out pricing and was hung up on both times, second time was after they'd put me on hold for a few minutes. Very loud background noise. Found it extremely unprofessional.

After a longer than momentary lapse in logical thinking, I called Cioffi’s to get my husband’s Atlas Cross Sport out of the mud. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and assured me he would have a driver call me within 20 minutes. Instead of a phone call, Wayne showed up less than 15 minutes later in his personal vehicle (I imagine he was on his way home for the night) and assessed the situation. He made a quick phone call and told us he would be back in 20 minutes with the winch truck. Again, in less than 20 minutes, Wayne was back. He had the Cross Sport out of the mud in less than 10 minutes! Wayne was personable, professional, and best of all joked around with my husband and me. He made a tough (and expensive) evening feel not so bad! Thank you Cioffi’s and Wayne for rescuing us! :-)
