Cherry Hill Nissan employees vey nice and courteous one problem they take to long with services. You should not be in waiting room for 1hr 1/2 for an oil change. Especially when appt was made 2 weeks prior and appointments wide open. Also please check your receipts I was here 2 months ago for oil change 53.00. Today for same service 63.00. I was told I was given a discount last appt. If that the case why not give it each time a customer comes. Be very careful with all Nissan dealerships they change prices and you don’t know until it’s time to pay bill. Warning ⛔️

Bill was awesome. He assured me that I would be taken care of. I called before and Mike told me to come in and they would fix the issue. Mike was out on Tuesday so I was concerned. The moment I walked in Bill said don't worry. Nissan has the best staff. The operator to service all made me feel welcomed. Cherryhill is my dealership. A+ service.

I love getting a new car.But I absolutely hate the buying process.Jim Cook and team were very friendly and knowledgeable as well.It was an enjoyable process from beginning to end.5 stars out of 5 stars!

I’m very upset with the communication at the Nissan Cherry hill Dealership. I came in SPECIFICALLY for an oil change and an oil change ONLY. I came into the dealership and the gentleman at the front desk gave me a receipt for how much it was going to be. It’s said 329 dollars. I made sure I told him I could only do an oil change I would get everything else done at a later time. He reprinted me a receipt except the 2nd time it didn’t have a price on it so I signed. I waited about 45 minutes for my oils change. When the gentleman came back he walked me to the cashier so that I can pay for my oil change. MY BILL WAS 329!!! When all I was able to spend was 60$ not only did they went ahead and did extra stuff to my car but they didn’t even tell me they were doing this! I’m so upset and I will not be coming back to this dealership. I’m so so upset with Nissan Cherry Hill!!! I didn’t come with my dad or my boyfriend and I feel like I was taken advantage of because I’m a woman. I’m so disappointed

Dropped off, I waited in the waiting room which has a nice coffee setup. I was kept up to date, work was completed ahead of schedule and they even answered a question about the sunroof. The person taking payment was even dressed up for Halloween!! Awesome experience

Over the past 2 years I have had my 2016 Nissan Rogue serviced at this location for two issues and both have been utterly frustrating. My trunk lift gate stopped functioning which is frustrating because the only possible way to then open the gate is to crawl into your trunk with a screw driver to finagle a tiny switch through a hole in the door. At the same time I noticed water inside my trunk which seems to be coming from the gate window. When having the gate serviced I asked for the water issue to also be evaluated because I thought the two issues could be relate. My lift gate was fixed after paying more than $500 and I was told there was no water issue. Fast forward to this year when I was experiencing water inside my trunk and also now on my font inside passenger roof. Turns out my sunroof drains were blocked. Which wouldn't have been as frustrating until I was told that drain cleaning is standard maintenance for sunroofs...so why had no one at Nissan ever mentioned this before? Further more if this is a standard maintenance practice wouldn't this have been good to check when I complained about water in my trunk in relation to my lift gate? So if that's not enough, while my sunroof drains were cleared the driver side roof rail was damaged. I noticed the damage upon getting my vehicle home so I took it back to be looked at but according to Nissan the piece had "oxidized" and would be about $1700 to fix...pretty convenient it oxidized while being worked on. Oh & if that's not frustrating enough, after dropping my car off for a 7:10 am appt about the damage I got a call around noon about my sunroof...not the roof rails. So they took 5 hours to look at the wrong part of my car which explains a lot in regard to their lack of ability to hear what issues a customer is trying to have resolve (see water concerns above).Fast forward to today when I called to discuss my lift gate not functioning again, a little over a year after being fixed. Turns out because it's over a year and Nissan takes no responsibility for disregarding the water issue last August by telling me there was no issue...I can pay again to have my care evaluated and then pay again to have lift gate fixed again. Luckily for Nissan I am conveniently out of the 12 month window to have the lift gate issue covered. I would highly recommend finding another service center for your vehicles unless you enjoy paying high prices to have issues fixed multiple times. Or maybe you prefer to not have your concerns actually listened to and thouroughly looked into for the $100+ you pay to have your vehicle inspected. Proceed with caution at the Nissan Cherry Hill Service Center!

Greeted at the door courteously and promptly. Ron was a fantastic salesman and was not overly pushy. He broke down the differences between packages and got the price down to where I felt it was reasonable. Clean and bright dealership with big car lot. Highly recommend!

Andrew Rightley is the absolute best person to go to for all of your car needs!As a young first time car buyer, it can be especially daunting walking into a car dealership by yourself. I personally don't know a ton about cars, and was extremely nervous! But as soon as I met Andrew all of those nerves diminished!He is extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He really took the time to help and explain to me everything I needed to know when buying a car for the first time. I was completely clueless and had so many questions, and he made sure none of my questions went unanswered. He is so genuine, and cares so deeply about his customers and their experience with their car/ the dealership.After the paperwork was finished and the keys were in my hand, he even took his own personal time to show me all of the features of my new car and made sure I was comfortable and happy in it. (Which I totally am. I love my new car !!)I now moved away, but will always come back to Cherry Hill Nissan to see Andrew for all of my car needs in the future. He treats you like family, and will always be willing to help out! I seriously can't recommend him enough, he is hands down the person you need to see!THANK YOU ANDREW!

Mark Waters was the best!Went in looking at trading my vehicle for a smaller SUV. Worked with salesman, Mark Waters. Very professional, knowledgeable and generally helped make my purchase seem less. Would definitely go back to him in search of a new vehicle. I would highly recommend him if you are searching for a new vehicle!

My daughter is looking for a car. She is 19 and this will be her first purchase of a vehicle on her own. I am working with her through this process so she doesn't get screwed. Good thing I am because Nissan of CH's "Salesman of the Year" Ron Carpenter" is on the job and he is every bit the stereotype that car salesmen are said to be. I told him we were looking at several cars from several dealerships but were interested in the car we were looking at. I asked him if he could hold it for a few days and offered a deposit. To which he took my credit card information and we agreed that they would hold the car until Tuesday of this week. 5 days in total 4 since car dealers are closed on Sundays. Saturday afternoon (just before running out the door at the end of his day like a rat) he called my daughter and not me to pressure her into a decision. What kind of low-life tries to take advantage of a 19-year-old inexperienced car buyer to make a sale on a $17,000 dollar car???Avoid this place!!! However, if you have to go here because no other local Nissan dealers have what you want, then Do Not Under Any Circumstances allow Ronald S. Carpenter anywhere near your sale. He is a liar and a snake.

I had such a great experience this morning. Everyone was so nice from the cashier to the tech. I had to have my wheel lock taken off replaced with lug nuts and the experience was quick and easy. Highly recommend the service department here!

Mike was Very Helpful, Soon as he seen me he went right to work, and I’m not the easiest customer. It was a hot day and He ran up and down the parking lot to assist me and help me find a car that best suits my needs. He also is a realist which I can appreciate, he wasn’t just selling me anything he was also giving me some wise advice that I can use for the rest of my life. He was Awesome!

I had a great experience Jim Cook. He was very friendly and knowledgeable with the car I purchased. He kept me and my husband entertained while we waited for the paper work to be completed. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with Jim. I already recommended him to a friend who will be stopping in to look for a car. The finance mananger was great to work with as well. I never felt pressured or rushed during the paperwork process even though we were there passed the closing time. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this Nissan Dealership to others.

I was handed a paper with a list of services. It said next oil change I should replace a couple filters because they were getting dirty. Shortly after a different man came to specifically say that my filters were barely dirty with only 4,400 miles on my car and not necessary to change next time. I really appreciated the honesty. Most businesses will take advantage if they can so this really stands out to me.
