Highly satisfied customer! I brought my 2010 Altima to Cherry Hill Nissan to get a new key fob, as my old one was not working, even after I changed the battery. Apparently, this can be tricky to fix, but Zack and the Nissan service team managed to fix it. I had seen lots of advice and ads for fixes online, but I figured I would bring it to the experts, and I'm very glad I did! I sincerely doubt that anyone but Nissan would have been able to successfully reprogram my key fob. I was so impressed with Zack and the service team that I decided to have my brakes completely done as well, rotors and all. The key fob reprogramming took longer than I expected, but Cherry Hill Nissan has two courtesy shuttles, so they dropped me off at home, and picked me up when the service was complete. Russ, one of the courtesy shuttle drivers was wonderful to work with, and helped make my repair service a great experience. Highly recommended, five stars!

I recently just changed my car to another lease. Mike Atoori was my salesman and he always does such a good job. He previously worked with my parents and now he has been helping me and I don’t have one complaint. I have worked with him twice with both of my leases and the process is smooth and quick. He goes above and beyond trying to help you find what fits your price range and he’s very attentive. Will be sticking with Mike for as long as I can.

I had a great experience at Cherry Hill Nissan with salesman Mike Atoori! I had a 2023 Rogue which I loved, which Mike sold us and was having maintenance done on it when he approached me with a great deal to trade in my car for a brand new 2024 Rogue with mine options at a lower interest rate than we had! He worked with my husband and I until we got exactly what we wanted and we’re now driving a brand new Rogue! Great deal! Great car! Great Salesman!

Terrible tech and not very smart advisor. Came in twice spent $600 to diagnose and incorrectly try to fix a rain drain leak issue problem but at the end I had to figure out on my own. On top of that they took off the steering wheel under trim to look for leak but never connect back the cabin temperature sensor that caused my climate control to not function properly. Cant rely on their tech who were probably just high school drop out who got F’s on their tests. Absolutely zero brain cells !

I am appalled by the service and policies they have here. I brought my car in a few weeks ago and asked them to take a look at the drivers side locking mechanism because it was malfunctioning. They said it was an easy fix and just “banged it into place.” 2 days later the door was no longer able to open at all. I called them about fixing it and nicely explained that since they broke it, I didn’t want to pay for the fix. They claimed that it should have been fixed long ago (it wasn’t an issue before and the technician said he could easily fix it when it became an issue) and insisted they were not at fault. They then proceeded to charge me almost $500 for the fix and damaged the door even further in the process. I will not be returning here and recommend you find a different place to service your car.

Mike Whitaker Is one of the best service center mangers I have come across he does his job in a timely fashion explain to me what has to be replaced and repair in my vehicle and get me in and out quickly he make it a joy having my vehicle serviced at Cherry Hill Nissan
