If you are in the market for a new car, and are interested in service, DO NOT go to CHERRY HILL IMPORTS AUTO GROUP.They were wonderful in making the sale, they even sold me all of the "Extras" tire protection, wax protection, etc.; however when I needed service their true colors came out.I have a tire that was going flat, (again I purchased the tire protection plan). When I took the audi there, they claimed there was nothing wrong with the tire. The tire continued to go flat, so I made a follow up appointment. I received no less then three (3) emails from the dealership informing me that they are going to replace the tire with a new one. I made the appointment with insurances that the tire "would be there" (I have three emails proving this) and it was a "quick" replacement. When I arrived, the tire was not there, after a four hour wait, and speaking to the service manager, I left the dealership without the tire installed.I was informed that I can come back to have the tire installed; however it may take up 4 hours, yes I already sat there waiting four hours when promised the tire was there, now that the tire is there it will take another 4 hours to have the tire installed. I made several calls to the Overall owner/manager of the dealership, left voice mails requesting replies, to date, No reply.Take my advise purchase anything you want; however do not utilize this dealership.Dr. Zorzi

I had been searching for a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle for a few months. Seems like a simple task, with so many dealerships. However, of all the Audi dealerships I communicated with in the SE New Jersey Area, Philadelphia, and the the surrounding suburbs, the ONLY occasion where a salesman I spoke with actually followed through, and was consistent, was at Audi VW Cherry Hill, and specifically with Bryan Hearn. All of Bryan Hearn's communications were professional, cordial, informative, and clear forms of communication. Ultimately, what was in stock, at the time, and at the purchase price I was looking at, didn't fulfill the criteria enough. NONETHELESS, he constantly followed up, via text, phone, and email, showed me available options, and put in time and effort to earn my business. Even after I told him that I had located a vehicle of a different brand that had met the parameters of what I was looking for, and purchased the vehicle from the other dealership brand, Bryan's reply was highly INTELLIGENT, and NOT myopic, as most people and companies are in life. In the car business, where it's nearly all needlessly unpleasant interactions, BRYAN SAW BEYOND ONE SALE, and/or ONE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. His response follows, and SPEAKS VOLUMES, as to why YOU SHOULD contact Bryan Hearn at Cherry Hill Imports Porsche Audi VW when looking for a vehicle:"Good luck with your new wheels and please let me know if you are in the market again. This service dept is a scam artist. Quoted me 4k to fix a timing chain. I said that's insane and was right. Got two other quotes at Audi certified mechanics under 1250. The parts from Audi sell for 600! So you wanted 3400 in labor! Jerks and still charged me for the diagnostic. I will never go back for anything.

This place used to be a great location. I would happily drive down from NYC to have my cars serviced here over the past 11 years. However, now that one of the Hartung boys has taken over managing this place, it's beyond horrible! Rude staff and 9 times out of 10 when you call, no one picks up the phone. If they do, a service writer is never available to take the call so it goes to voicemail. In the 10+ times I've left a voicemail, I've never received a call back... never! Talk about unprofessional! If you ask to speak with a manager, you're sent to 10 different locations and no one will answer that call, or call you back. I've taken my business elsewhere because this place clearly doesn't care about you as a customer. I wish Michael Hartung was still running this place because he made sure his customers were always happy.

As a “car guy” I knew quite a bit about the vehicle I was looking for. I’m not one to be swayed by a test drive or looking at additional cars if what I’m initially looking for isn’t available.That being said I was interested in a used car they had listed with no photos. I just needed to confirm additional features the car was equipped with to make sure I wasn’t wasting my time. I had already secured financing and was bringing a trade in. The car had been posted for two weeks and held up in service (not really sure why they said waiting on parts).The dealer was not willing to send additional pictures until the car was done from service.In my mind it was a simple request. This was a make or break for me because again I already knew how I wanted the car to be equipped. Just confirming the look of interior and dash trim and I would have been good to go. I feel like they intentionally wasted my time as if waiting for the car to be ready for test drive would be able to sway my purchase had there been something I didn’t like.

I recently had my new Porsche serviced for the first time at Porsche Cherry Hill. They were great.My service was done quickly, and they were very thorough. They even fixed three recalls I didn't know I had. I highly recommend Porsche Cherry Hill to get your Porsche serviced. Ask for Scott, he was great!

Took in for PAID and WARRANTY service and car was returned vibrating and making new noise that wasn't there before they serviced!! Have called more than 10 times trying to get a Manager, instead I'm passed around and told I have to wait MONTHS for a drop off appointment for THEIR FAULTY SERVICES. Just stay away from this horrible operation. They speak to you like you are inconveniencing them at every turn, simply disgraceful!

My son and I had a wonderful experience at Cherry Hill Volkswagen. Chris Szary was our salesman and he was amazing from start to finish. Professional, pleasant, easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about cars in general. Not only did he provide no pressure sales but he also saved me $400 a year on car insurance by putting me in contact with an insurance agent while sitting at his desk. Highly recommend Cherry Hill Volkswagen and Chris Szary!!

After many, so many, bad experiences with car dealerships, I have to say that my husband and I are absolutely impressed with Bob Gale (VW) and Kathleen D. (business office). This past month, we not only purchased one Volkswagen, but two vehicles from this team. We highly recommend them!

Worst customer service I've dealt with in the last 15 years of me purchasing vehicles at any dealer. They either don't anser calls or tell you they will check on it and never return the call. Somehow no matter what time of day or what day of the week you call they do not have a manager available. I litteraly ended up asking the receptionist for a manager or supervisor in any depatrment and of the 8 different people I was told I would be transfered to not a single one answered the phone. They are only attentive in the begining with attempting to make the sale but after that you don't exist anymore and don't warrent their time or asistance. I Would not recommend doing business here unless it's a new vehicle with a warrenty that would allow you to not have to return to them at all for anything whatsoever.

This is one of those things you just can’t make up! Absolutely terrible business practices.Saw an amazing deal for an amazing vehicle at Cherry Hill Imports (Audi) 4 days before driving 200 miles to go see the vehicle in person and to test drive the vehicle and buy it; mind you 2 days before making the trip to Cherry Hill Imports (Audi) I tried to put in a deposit on the vehicle as I was 100% certain I was going to bring the vehicle home however upon trying to do so the dealership said that they were not accepting any deposits for the vehicle.Upon arriving to Cherry Hill Imports (Audi) one of the employees Jack would not allow me to take the vehicle to a certified Mercedes Independent shop to proceed with a PPI which I had scheduled and was given the OK to do so the day before arriving; not to mention they wouldn’t even allow me to remove the splash shield of the car on their own lift as anyone should check any vehicle before purchasing for any leaks/fluids ect. I was only able to perform my own inspection as thoroughly as I could with the splash shield still intact. The attitude of denying this even though it was agreed upon was absolutely absurd and rude.Moving on I test drove the vehicle and checked for any weird sounds during my drive and the vehicle seemed solid and I was happy with the results. Upon returning I was ready to purchase the vehicle and insurance was set and everything was set. Mark (head of sales) returns to me and say “I don’t know how to tell you this but unfortunately the car was sold last night after hours”. I was the first person to see the vehicle today as it was for sale online and on the lot and was denied the right to purchase the vehicle because apparently their was an unfair deal proposed with another buyer through nothing but text messages. Bear in mind the dealership specifically said that they would be not taking any deposits for the vehicle and as Mark specifically explains that the other buyer used his vehicle as a deposit trade in value the night before after hours.So basically I drove 200 miles to be denied a vehicle that was available and for sale! I was denied to put a deposit down for this specific vehicle that I was interested in while another buyer was allowed to trade in his vehicle through a text message and word of mouth as a deposit for the vehicle I was interested in. There was no proof of any transactions, no proof of signed documents, and no proof of any electronic documents for the purchase of the vehicle I was interested in. That is not how you do business with a a customer especially one that is ready to pay and take a car home. I feel cheated and have wasted my valuable time. I will not be doing business with Cherry Hill Imports in the future. This experience was one of those things you cannot make up.P.S. Mark offered $300 check for all of my inconveniences of the trip. I’ll be waiting for that check!As a fellow automotive enthusiast and someone whose bought countless high performance cars over the years. I would advise to stay away for any type of vehicle purchase!
