I've been a loyal customer of Chase Bank for several years now, and I must say, their customer service is second to none. From the moment I stepped into their branch, I was warmly greeted by Spanish-speaking staff members who made me feel right at home. As a Spanish speaker myself, it was a pleasant surprise to find a bank that not only accommodates my language needs but also embraces it with open arms.Moreover, the personal bankers at Chase Bank have consistently gone above and beyond to assist me with my financial needs. They are approachable, patient, and attentive, making me feel valued as a customer.

No coin counter, nor will they cash savings bonds for customers - just two (of many) key aspects you will miss from your local bank because you decided to bank with Conglomo Chase. The staff, however, is incredibly friendly.

Signed up for a chase business account almost had $20,000 of hard earned cash coming in bounce back. I couldn’t pay my suppliers and contractors who worked hard to earn their money.I later find out that they FROZE my account without telling me. They also bounced back all payments even though I had more than enough funds to cover every single payment.When I asked for the reason they said that they were checking if my “business code” matches the description. Mind you their team had already verified all my paperwork at the branch a month earlier. Turns out they had the right code all along.Their corporate team didn’t even apologize. What a joke.Don’t trust them with your business unless you’re okay ruining your credit with your vendors and clients.I never received a call or notice that my bank account would be FROZEN. They just did it out of nowhere.I’ve been banking for over 20 years and have never had such a horrible experience at any other bank. I will consider moving to a different bank.

I made 2 check deposits with teller "Isha" on Saturday, March 11, 2023 around noon. The checks were not deposited into my account. I noticed after reviewing my account, that the activity was not reflected.I called the branch today, March 13th, 2024 at 9:47AM only to be told, they ( the branch) were short staff and I will have to wait until they investigated, and they would call me back. A call back time could not be provided. I spoke to Jerry and Allison, they could not provide a resolve. Extremely disappointed! This is exactly why I removed bulks of my money from Chase and started banking with another institution.

The card reader to unlock the vestibule after hours is broken so I couldn’t use the ATM. And since I specifically need $5 bills and this bank doesn’t have $5 bills in the drive thru machine, now I have to drive to another bank.

This branch deserves better reviews, isha gave me a welcoming experience that no other bank branch had offered me. She guided me step by step on opening my account and deals that the branch offers. Recommend anyone to open an account if they want top notch customer service.
