We were told if we wanted to change the details of our window order, just let them know before Saturday. Then we did send change of ideas on Friday, but never got any confirmation back. I then called them twice and finally got the change in place after a whole week, and apparently the order was never sent out like they said before Saturday, which worked out for us. The change we requested was only the color, nothing else, and nobody told us this would change the ETA, which was originally mid-Jan. In the middle of Jan, I called in to see when the window was gonna arrive, and they told me the new ETA was March…I highly doubt if they actually put the order through or just totally forgot and when we checked made up an excuse that a color change would take two extra months. The guy who took care of our order just sound pretty lost and inaccurate with nearly every piece of the information he gave us.

Horrible customer service. The store was totally empty save for one customer at the counter. There were multiple associates seated behind the counter but not one person even lifted an eye to even acknowledge when a customer walks in. I had to call out to an associate for attention and even before asking what I was there for, he said he was helping out a customer, which he wasn’t. Then another sales person at the kitchen section finally asked me what I needed help with and when I asked him about butcher block countertops, which my contractor had confirmed the day before was available and in stock at the store,the sales person said they don’t carry it any longer. They had one display piece that I even offered to buy but he said it was not for sale. It beats me as to why someone would have a butcher block counter top piece for display when they don’t carry it any longer. It was as though they didn’t care for the business. I was interested in asking about the quartz counter tops but decided against it after the disinterest shown by the employees there. If you don’t want my business, I’m happy to take it elsewhere. But I think management should know that their employees are not actively helping customers or offering them different options.

Store is fine but hours aren't correct. Waste of time to drive over there preparing for job next morning and they lock doors 15 minutes early. I'll probably delete this review later because don't like leaving bad reviews but it's freaking annoying. If you need to leave the store at 4:45 or 5pm on the dot, then close at 4:30.

Great salesman great Lumber not all warped and Crooked Lake Home Depot this is a real lumber yard for real Craftsmen and Carpenters glad to have real lumber yards around still. Thank you Carter for not giving up

Very helpful staff. Prices are very comparable to other places. The doors we wanted were actually cheaper than Lowes and Home Depot. Rob was very helpful, and answered all of questions very patiently

My wife and I started looking at doors for the front and rear of the house last year and met with Joe. He has been extremely helpful & patient with us. My wife has stopped there some many times to ask questions I don't know how he put up with us. We finally ordered main & storm doors from him last week. There pricing is very good and I can't say enough good thongs about them. I HIGHLY recomend them and there sales person Joe.
