“Car repairs can be a risky thing. Everyone would like to have their favorite mechanic or shop they like to go to. But what do you do when you don't have a "a guy" you know? Who do you turn to when you don't know who can fix your ride? OJ car repair is amazing. The place may not look great, but it's a shop. They are great people who do great work at a reasonable price. I don't think I'll go anywhere else based on my 2 recent experiences there.So off you aren't a "townie" or don't know "a guy" try O&J. I believe they make car repair as bearable as it can possibly be.”

“John and Ms. Jeannette were great! There was a delay with my replacement window for a 2017 Audi A4. Somebody broke it out Thanksgiving night, so needless to say, most shops weren’t open or had no replacements.Yes, it took a while for the replacement, but they proactively communicated with me the whole time. Then they knocked the job out quickly for the quoted estimate. They looked after me like a member of the family. Had a lot going on, and their consideration was much appreciated.Highly recommended!”

“I wish I could give a few more stars. For starters their pricing beat Safelite by $200 for my back windshield. Now, by the time I noticed they called and I got the voicemail that my car was ready, they were almost closed (5 min until closing). I called to let them know I’d be there in the morning. The guy on the phone, who turned out to be the owner, told me he’d wait for me. I got there at almost 6pm when they close at 5pm. The owner didn’t even try to rush us out the door while we were there. He was friendly and talked to me and my son for a bit before we settled the bill. Beating the other price without even knowing it, and the fact that he waited for an hour for me to get there; he’s got a customer for life. It’s rare that you walk into a place like this and are treated like a human AND get great pricing. I highly recommend them. 10 out of 5 stars.PS, the window is perfect. It was raining when we picked it up so we knew immediately that there were no issues.”

“When i got there i thought i couldnt fit down the driveway but you have more then enough room. I got my ram 1500 windshield on 42 percent and matched my two front windows perfectly. The 42 percent on the front is a great choice because it is light enough to see at night but dark enough to keep sun out during the day and not let people see in too well. She does use a good brand of paper compared to others the paper is thick not flimsy which she did show me. All around great job i would go again.”

“This shop goes above and beyond! We brought our car in for body repair covered by insurance. Not only did they get everything done on time, they made it so easy and were so friendly PLUS they washed the car inside & out! They even buffed the headlights clear! This is a 2008, so the headlights were kinda dingy and foggy and they look brand new now. I highly recommend them! “I love love love this place. They are truthful and transparent about what they will do and alternatives to save you money. They provide cheaper suggestions to try before coming to them and if they do not work, they are more than happy to help you. I live in Delaware and I plan to visit this shop and get maintenance around me visiting my sister who lives a few blocks down because of their customer service and honesty. I came with my Toyota Celica with one problem and 100% trust it won't come out with another. The only thing is that they can get busy, but its worth it, just call ahead to understand the possible timeline.”

“I went to this place back in March 2023. The location of this place is a little hectic as there was a lot of construction going on. However once you got in, it was clean and organized. They have waiting chairs with a place to charge your phones / both apple and android.The clerk was responsive and pleasant. The guy that work on my radio, came out, spoke with me directly and explained my options. I’m definitely coming back for them to install my radio. “If there is a need for glass, glass repair this is the company to use. Two large, interior panels of glass needed to be replaced in my home. In a 120+ year old house, this can be exceptionally tricky. The very big, new sidelight appeared to be installed seamlessly. Of course this might not have been truly the case but only because of the true craftsmanship of Michael's Glass contractors, they made installation look like a piece of cake. The second new sidelight, however, could not be fitted due to a badly warped door frame and instead of leaving things, they offered excellent, extremely workable solutions....returned to my house within hours with one of their glass options and just like that, the sidelight was not only repaired but done so perfectly. It looks beautiful. Michael's Glass represents one of the few outstanding companies today that still signifies first rate work at honest prices. The fantastic staff, from customer service to contractors, are quite a bonus! It was a wonderful experience, start to finish.”

“We had a chipped windshield due to a rock getting kicked up while driving. Mobile repair came out to us and replaced the windshield. Being informed the windshield comes with a lifetime warranty is a relief. A few weeks later, it rained and the rain sensing wipers did not work correctly. We called for a warranty claim. After some testing, the sensor behind the windshield was replaced and functionality was returned. The technician was quite pleasant and very communicative on what was done. If you get a chip in your windshield, there's only one place to call. Safelite repair, Safelite replace.”
