I was to cherry hill mall today , to return the snickers I bought online , and the guy in the store did not help me at all . , he said —you wore them outside, while my husband tried them inside the house . . Only needed another size or returning them . I was very disappointed with that store . He said he talked with manager and in the and nothing. So our option was to call the costumer service online and return them. The staff in that store is very bad . They humiliate you with your money . They do not care about the costumers and make you feel ???? , I don’t know what to say. Sorry Boss.

Thanks to the staff working in this store #9381.Especially Mark!They are the real face of Brand!Hugo Boss can be proud that there are people who carry the values of the Brand with joy, easily and professionally!They apologized for the rudeness in another store and returned the money to us for the goods bought in Philadelphia Mills.

Clothing A, Customer service D. I took my son to purchase a stylish boot for his school dance, I noticed there were plenty of marks and smudges after my purchase. I asked to exchange as soon as I noticed the stains, they but they were the last pair, I then asked for a percentage off as we needed then urgently. The rep (male) said "they're %20 off, you get 30% off for damage that's double dipping so I can't" I said we'll return them and you can only apply the 30% instead of the sale. His response, "You have another option, :"You can go to the shoe kiosk in the mall and have them buffed or return them and we'll ship a new pair". Me: At cost to me for buffing? They're stained and I need them by Friday. Rep, "Sorry, those are your options" ...Well, I kept the boots reluctantly and paid for a buff bc my son is most important ❤️ SHAME

I was in the Cherry Hill Mall NJ Hugo boss today trying to return an article of clothing. I explained to the gentleman who greeted me that I have a return, have the card it was purchased on but do not have a receipt. He stated I would need to speak with the store manager. The manager is tall, thin and bald. Before I can even complete my sentence he said “no, bye” I was almost certain I was in a respectable establishment and not on the street. It wasn’t so much that he was unable to return the item, it was the poor attitude I received. When I asked his name he said verbatim “I’m not going to give it to you, I don’t want your business, I don’t want you wearing the brand, get out of the store” I’m a professional, I head a customer service department and this is not how one should conduct business. I was not rude, I’m not a fan of rude customers nor do I believe in “the customer is always right”. However, this man was on attack mode. I did view the website and it reads “If you do not have your order receipt, your return will be processed for the current price of the item on the HUGO BOSS online store and receive HUGO BOSS store credit.” I also chatted with a representative on and she stated that I could return without a receipt.
I’m appalled at the audacity of your store manager. The thought that he can get away with treating customers this was is extremely upsetting.

I enquired about the fall/winter collection regarding a few coats. The only response I got was "I dont know we get whatever they send us". Manager was rude condescending and not interested. A co worker at the desk continued to swear at his tablet and not even great us. Any time I walk into a hugo boss i spend nothing less at 1k. Will not be back.
