Not only did he answer all my questions he showed us a variety of samples made recommendations and then was helping me make adjustments to my order because I had changed my mind a couple times ?. Store has great selection and great service

Had a wonderful experience with Sam. She took the time to let us make decisions that were best for us. I ended up postponing our mattress delivery to wait for our bed and she followed up the next day to let us know we could get both items within a few days after she re-checked the system. The items were ordered, delivered on time and Sam ensured it all went smoothly. The manager at this site was friendly and told us to reach out any time if there were issues and was honest about the order times. This is our second time back to this store because of a good experience. I would definitely recommend them again!

Yesterday was a great day. As my husband and I walked into Bob’s Furniture Store in Cherry Hill NJ we were greeted by salesman Larry Lorch. We must say his customer service goes to the top of the roof. Larry went above and beyond stuck with us and mind you my husband is not that easy to win over but by the end of the sale they were the best of friends. Larry end up helping us make great selection. Good job Larry you are a top notch salesman thanks for making us feel at home.
