I went in to have my laptop repaired due to the charge port breaking. I was quoted over 500 for required membership, service fee, parts, etc. I opted to purchase a new laptop instead due to the 200 price difference.
A few representatives still tried to get me to purchase the 150+ membership in order to transfer my data, I opted not to. They didn't bother to mention that most data is saved in the cloud as long as you're logging into your Google account it should transfer no problem. I'm missing literally no information from my previous laptop. I understand their job is to sell services but come on.

No point in buying anything here with their terrible return policy. Do yourself a favor and buy from a store more consumer oriented like Amazon or even Walmart.

Spoke with Will, experience supervisor. We had an appointment for a battery replacement. At first we went to the south Philly store after confirming they could fix it, their guy had hand surgery, they sent us to cherry hill where they said that even though they accepted the appointment they could not replace the battery because they were not allowed by apple to keep the stock.
