I was a little reluctant about leaving a review but have never experienced such unprofessionalism.
I Initially contacted Marla Pisner 4/8 for a showing at Barbara Drive which was listed for $4,800 after calling her 5x she finally got back to me and had increased the rent to $5,500. I explained I was still interested. She then says “I’m busy showing houses all day but I’ll call you back in a hour” I said ok after 5 hours I called her and said hey I’m just reminding you she said “I’m still busy”.
After several days I called again. May 4th @ 11:24am
She set an appt. for Monday at noon.
Monday May 6th she called me at 10:36am to say the owners changed their mind and was now selling.
May 7th the house was then listed for $7,000 not once did Marla call me to ask me if I wanted to see the house at the new asking price. Which I would have done and most likely rented it for that price.
Words of advice treat every potential customer the same. Never assume!!!!
When I do purchase I will not use this company.

I had one, quick, question. I respected their time and made my message short and sweet... I asked if they are accepting leases from corporations and urgently got a response back.

One of their agents, Nate Price, hung a flyer on my front door knob, this after passing 5 NO TRESSPASSING SIGNS posted on the property. I would suggest that they teach their agents how to read. Had I have seen him on my property, the outcome would not have been pretty!

A wonderful and professional staff of real estate agents. My agent was extremely helpful in guiding me through the whole process of buying my first home. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for a real estate agent they can count on.

This is the absolute worst experience I've had dealing with a realtor and broker.I originally went to this broker because of a childhood friend, Sandy Hedenberg that had listed my property previously. She was now their sales manager and said she was too busy managing and passed me off to one the realtors on her team, Jen Rothenberger. Some work needed to be done on the property to list it, and Jen's good friend and contractor Robert Carr (B.B.C. construction) was highly recommended by her to do the work. She said he was insured and licensed and does work for her other clients, and his work is excellent. That he is professional and will get the work done in one week (June 20th). As my realtor representing me in my best interest, I trusted her since she knew him so well, so I decided to give him a deposit to start. Well over 2 months and $2,600 later, he created more damage than he did repairs. Jen kept telling me to give him more time and more money. Some of the damage he did caused me to fail CO inspections which Jen kept tacking on more money for failed CO's.Finally I put my foot down and wasn't so patient anymore after she kept pushing me to give him more time. Well, after I asked her and then him to give me his insurance and license information, they could not supply it. Turns out that he was in jail one weekend when the 10th deadline wasn't met. He has arrest records, doesn't have insurance and is not licensed. So I had a criminal in my house (recommended by my realtor) which just caused more destruction to my property. I spoke with Robert Carr and he said he would deny he did the work.I reached out to Sandy Hedenberg, the manager at that time, explained the story and she said she would get back to me... Well, she quit 2 days later and didn't even have the decency to follow up with me.So, at this point since I couldn't contact the contractors insurance because he didn't have any. I reached out to the broker (David Rickel) which did absolutely nothing for me, besides refunding Jen $150 for the failed CO inspections.I terminated my agreement with this broker as of today (08/29/2020) because I was strung along for almost 3 months of promised deadlines, being robbed for $2,600 of my hard earned money that I'll never get back and the house is still on the market because it couldn't be rented because of failed CO's from the realtors contractor.

After numerous attempts to get in touch with Shavonna Dupree to view a property since May 2020, the property is under contract today as of 8/27 with another buyer. The agent never replied to my emails and phone calls. Nothing! The house is now pending. I lost out, and her response was, they must've gone into her spam-- sorry. So with that logic, she must not be getting any inquires for any of her properties. Never will I work with Berkshire Hathaway.
