From the outset, the lady who treated me was unpleasant in terms of work. I check a check for a few dollars I can't imagine if the check had been from a higher nomination. Good, fatal. When we will understand that all human beings have the same blood color.

take your money out of this bank. they have no idea what they are doing. handed the cashier money to deposit and she tried to hand half of it back to me instead of putting it in her drawer.Update; 3-11-23 1146am... 10 minutes waiting in the drive through, keep pressing the button for help and still nobody has helped us. I hate this bank.EVERYTIME I ASK FOR A MANAGER IM TOLD THERE ISNT ONEThis bank has been nothing but issues since they switched from beneficial to wsfs. I have nothing but problems connecting to Venmo and Experian. Never seems to be workers in the bank, drive through shouldn't be such a hassle. Thinking about pulling all my money and going to TD.

Been coming to this location for years and never had an issue! I went in to cash my check and ended up receiving great information about improving my credit. Josh Wallenfels was the representative who helped me. Phenomenal job Josh!!

After coming to this location 3 times without any issues to cash my employers checks, suddenly on 11/23/22 with two WHITE MALE employees I have a problem. Never have I had to have my check “verified” before. Ever. I waited over 20 minutes for this to be completed. I’ll stick to the Philadelphia location. I’ve NEVER been racially profiled there.

Zero stars for this Corporation. One of their employees assured me he would lift the dormant status on my account so that the funds would not be escheated to the state. I dont know if he lied on purpose or is wholly incompetent, but he did not lift the dormancy and now I have to track down the funds with the state. Not only is this a case of malfeasance, but the employees I spoke with today had no phone number/email/contact information of any kind available to help me track down the money they lost. I would never entrust my money here and the fact that they have billions under their authority should be scary to anyone who wants to do any kind of banking with them. They will actively lose your money and leave you to deal with the repercussions of their inability to do their basic job demands.

Have 2 small savings accounts for my grandchildren and if you forget to make a small deposit every month they charge you a $5.00 service fee.. They know it’s a child’s account but hey why not take from kids with everything else going on with this pandemic... And the funny thing is you can’t withdraw the accounts and take it to another bank because of how they set it up at the time...

I'm giving this a torn 2 stars. Pre COVID-19 I would of given it a four, you could go in talk face to face about any concerns we were having (which were a few) and they were very kid friendly. Now with just the drive thru being open we were missing money in our account (all iTunes charges and none of us have an Apple phone) and we also weren't getting our monthly statements. After going through the drive thru a few months later when they should have been very well into the day to day of just the drive thru being open they are sending my drivers license to the wrong car and I got an envelope of cash not meant for me. Seriously, these are the current conditions, it's September you should have this down by now.
