My recent online shopping experience with Banana Republic was very frustrating. After placing my order, I didn't receive all the items. I reached out to their customer service, where I had to explain the issue to multiple agents as the conversation kept getting disconnected. This was incredibly time-consuming and irritating. Eventually, they initiated the refund and I was advised to reorder, but by then, the item I initially wanted was out of stock.I followed their advice and placed an order for an alternative item, hoping for the best possible discount as promised. However, when I provided the new order number, the agent informed me that they could only consider the last order, causing further frustration.I was even willing to wait for the out-of-stock item if they would restock it, but the conversation abruptly ended once again. I'm unsure if the issue was with their website or the agents, but after wasting a lot of time, I ended up canceling my order due to the inconvenience.In addition to that the $25 coupon they provided in the email, twice- after purchase- none of them worked and when checked by the agent, it had already expired.I never thought I would be writing these reviews about Banana Republic, but my experience was really disappointing!

Alex is a diamond in the rough!! I called in to see if there was a dress available and not only did he walk all the way around the store looking for it he realized another customer was trying it on so he said to call back. I called back and he put both that size and another size aside for me. He has no idea how much he helped me out just by doing that. I was in such a hurry and the time i saved because he helped me was amazing!! PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! It’s very hard to find people like him and you don’t want to loose him!!!!

This store is always so clean and the layout is soooo easy to navigate! The greeters are really helpful and they tell you about the current sale without being pushy. Sales Associate Camila is so kind and easy to talk to - I made a new friend today! :)

The customer service at this store is A1. There is always someone to greet you as you enter, staff is often very upbeat and pleasant with helpful tidbits about the product and suggestions on how to pair them, and the store itself rarely looks unkempt like many other similarly popular stores. The unique thing about the Cherry Hill store is their eagerness to shop with and style their customers. It seems like everytime I go in there there's someone being walked through an outfit specifically for their needs or talking about how they had to come back and tell them how well an outfit/trip/occasion went with their outfit.
