Overall my experience was very pleasant, my sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My issue is with what was told me about the availability of the new iPhones. I was told they had no stock of the new iPhone 15 and that once ordered it would take 2-3 DAYS. I was completely fine with that. However upon returning home and looking at my account it shows the phone is ESTIMATED to be shipped out on Oct 20-Nov 3rd! I understand delays in production, shipping etc, but this is something that should have been addressed to me when purchasing the phone. I then contacted four different agents on chat and telephone calls. All telling me different things. Again just very frustrating being told one thing and now having to wait potentially weeks to receive my new phone. If there are serious delays with shipments of these phones I feel the in store sales agents should be informed so they can inform their customers of this. Not tell them 2-3 days only to wait a month for their new phones
